13. januar 2025 bestilte jeg en pyntegenstand hos Lezze Design. 16. januar blev pengene trukket fra min konto. Da jeg et stykke tid efter sporede pakken, fordi den ikke var kommet, stod der, at den var blevet sendt tilbage, fordi den ikke var blevet hentet inden deadline. Den skulle dog have været sendt til min hjemmeadresse.
12. februar mailede jeg til Lezze Design om alt dette. De har ikke svaret og ikke sendt pengene retur!
Jeg må absolut give 0 stjerner!

Took a while to arrive but the item was very well packed and really nice. Will order from them again.

The Peacock set I have ordered arrived promptly, well packaged, and in very good condition. It exceeded my expectations in both quality and design.

I ordered from them in Oct 2024 . The product arrived in time and was it was packaged well. There was no damage to the product.
Would order from them again.

I placed an order back in August 2024 and I have yet to receive my order. I have contacted them and asked about my order and they never responded to my emails. is this a legit site or ive I been scammed out of almost 300.00

I have purchased several items from Lezze Design in the past. The products were great and the customer service was excellent. This time however I was deeply disappointed because the product arrived damaged (the ginkgo leaf set). I have tried to contact Lezze Design repeatedly via email and the chat function on their website to ask for a refund or replacement. However there is total radio silence. I have heard nothing in 4 weeks which is deeply concerning and frustrating. I have been a loyal customer in the past, but going forward I will not be buying anything from them.

I ordered a set of the blue dancing figurines...they are beautiful and well made. My only complaint was the slightly longer delivery time

recently purchased 2 decorative sets from Lezze and they are aesthetically very pleasing. The packaging of the items was done well, and they arrived promptly without any damage. Thanks also for the great customer service that promptly addressed my concerns.

Bought a set of dancing peacocks and love it. Recently bought another decorative set and is looking forward to receive it.

Stunning pieces! I have ordered peacock dancers, swans and horse sculptures from Lezze and each time I have been super impressed with the level of detail and how beautiful they look on display. The customer service is outstanding as well, they responded back very quick to my questions. Thank you Lezze!

I have ordered an item from Lezze Design . Expected delivery was 5-7 days but no further update . When I chatted to the assistant over the weekend I was advised it will
Be updated early this week . Today is Tuesday no further update and the chat assistant has stopped responding. Appreciate if I can get an update as it is a Christmas present

As of today, it's been 48 days since I ordered the product from Lezze Design. However, they are yet to be delivered.

I tried contacting Lezze support, but instead of helping, they started giving common excuses like you were unavailable at home. In addition, the local Post confirmed product I ordered never reached my city and was returned to the sender.

Not happy with the services

I can only say a little about how Authentic the website is, but customer handling could be better and need better logistics.

It costs me but advisable to avoid ordering products from Lezze.

For this holiday season, I made few purchases online and I have been very pleased the timeliness and the quality of the items when i received them. Customer service is excellent; prompt and precise. I made an error in my last item but it didn’t take long to resolve it as I sent an email back to Hannah and boom!! …the item was shipped properly and on time !

I ordered two trees, a canvas art for myself and a cutlery set for my sister.
I love them all! The quality is very good and they are so pretty!
My sister loves hers too. Packaging is good too. Items were delivered so quickly. Highly recommend!
