My husband knows I am obsessed with Loungefly so decided as a Valentines present to purchase me both a backpack insert to make changing my bags more fuss free and the new stranger things cross body bag. I ordered a beautiful shiny bulbasaur backpack after eyeing him for months. Sadly the first one was stolen off my porch. However LF lovers customer service was super friendly. They are still waiting for the post office to give more information before they can refund me but the communication is very good.

I was really sad to learn I had purchased the last one as I still waned him. Luckily they found another one for me and listed him so I could buy it! I got the bag a few days later and it is beautiful! I am very happy with my purchase.

I’m hoping that I can get a refund for my stolen one too but Royal Mail take am age.
