Dit is een scam! je krijgt voor een paar maanden een licentie en nadien werkt het niet meer. Je krijgt 0 reactie en kan ze telefonisch gewoon niet bereiken!

Habe meine Bestellung nie erhalten - nie eine Reaktion - nie der Kundenservice erreichbar!

Ik heb het Autodesk pakket aangeschaft, werkt allemaal prima. De code was niet gelijk beschikbaar maar dit is snel opgelost!

Ik heb een jaarlicentie van Adobe besteld. In principe werkt het wel, maar ik krijg regelmatig de melding dat mijn licentie is verlopen. Vervolgens moet ik dan weer een één of andere vage school aanklikken en dan werkt het weer even. Ik heb echter al 4/5 x de melding gehad in 3 maanden tijd dat mijn licentie verlopen is. Dat werkt niet echt lekker.

Goede en snelle service, dezelfde dag nog een licentie voor Autodesk Fusion

I purchased a commercial AutoCAD license that was advertised as suitable for professional use. Approximately one month after activation, the software publisher converted the license on my account into an Educational (student) license without any action from my side.

An educational license is restricted to non-commercial use, which means it cannot legally be used for professional work. This is not the product that was advertised or sold to me.

I contacted the seller immediately and was told that I “should not worry.” However, the license status has not been corrected so far. Because the change was made directly by the software publisher, this raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and origin of the license provided.

Timeline:
• Commercial license purchased and activated.
• About one month later the license was changed to Educational status by the publisher.
• Seller contacted and informed of the issue.
• Replacement commercial license currently requested.

I hope this situation will be resolved quickly and professionally, and I will update this review once a proper solution has been provided.

This review reflects my personal experience and is shared to inform other potential buyers.

Ik heb een jaar abonnement ACC gekocht. Ik kreeg zonder enig uitleg eerst een maandabonnement. Daarna kreeg allerlei verwarrende mailtjes om andere inlogcodes te gebruiken. Hulp krijg je niet. Na 2 x geen toegang gekregen te hebben met deze inlogcodes en support niet te bereiken was ik er klaar mee. Geld teruggevraagd: vergeet het maar. Dit bedrijf kent geen coulance, begrip voor de consument, excuses etc. Het bedrijf kent alleen hun website: daar verschuilen ze zich achter.

Ze hebben hele goede Licentie, ze werken altijd. makelijk te gebruiken!

I received an inactive license. After buying Sketchup, I received a license key after 5 days. When I activated the license key, It turned out that it would expire in 3 days. I requested for a new license key successfully: I received another one that was also only valid for a few days. This happened three times in a row. I requested for a refund since I could proove that their software was not working and that I reported the problem within the 14 days after purchasing. They only refunded a part of the purchase amount and it took me 76 days of contact and explanations over and over again.

I will never ever buy software here again.

Snelle levering en ook technisch goed ondersteund

ik heb verschillende licenties aangeschaft.
vorige week moest ik bij een vriend een office pakket installeren waar ik de melding kreeg dat de code niet zou werken omdat het geen code was voor een office pakket.
daar door heb ik een nieuwe moeten aanschaffen deze werkte wel.
ik heb nog gemaild met Licono maar die geven aan dat ze een screenshot nodig hebben van de fout ik heb daarbij aangegeven dat ik deze niet kan geven omdat ik geen pc meer heb waar een nieuwe office op moet moet.
maar helaas wil de klantenservice niks voor me doen zonder screenshot.
waardeloze service de klant niet willen helpen voor 3,99 terwijl ik al meer dan 6 licenties heb gekocht.

Everything went great, i paid for the package and then had to wait 1 week or 2 to get my keys which is kinda crazy since i paid for a year subscription and they were wasting my days as if i didn't pay for it, on top of that i was gone for a month so i didnt know if anything changed so once i was back i suddenly had to re login on everything AGAIN. and customer service was only open from 10 am to 6 pm and i saw this a few minutes after 6 so they wouldnt respond anymore and cant help me. the next day it took them a few hours to respond, account needed my mail and the rules they had on their website suddenly was gone so i couldnt see what i was allowed to change, not only that after they resolved my issue. i had no issues until 2 weeks later, (you need permission to use this program) like what?? since when do i need permission to use adobe after effects then i reported it back they resolved it, then 3 days later, i saw your subscription expires in 7 days... then i reported it again. they solved it and now i need PERMISSION AGAIN and it has just been 1 month and ive had so many issues just to use the damn program please fix your customer service times and account subscriptions because this is ridiculous.

I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but this experience took me from “I might lose money on a scam” to “where have you been all my life?”

Paying €3,000 per year for a single piece of software feels insane for an individual user. I understand that good software comes from well-paid, skilled people, but when you need three or four tools at those prices, it quickly becomes a huge financial burden.

That’s why I’m genuinely happy this exists — it actually works, and it’s been life-changing for me. An absolute steal compared to the alternatives.

Toen ik bestelde was ik een beetje sceptisch ik kreeg niet direct een mail met de bevestiging. Maar toen ik contact opnam is alles goed gekomen en direct in werking gezet.
