BAD service
Cancelled My Subscription and was still Billed. Called CS and they said they see that I cancelled, and refunded my account. Happened again, 3 more times! Now, their customer service Phone number is AI and I have been billed AGAIN and The AI just hangs up on me. This is the worst service ever. Why cant they get it together??

Dissatisfaction
This product (semiglutide) has not affected my appetite at all so I wasted 3 months putting this stuff in my body for nothing. My account is temporarily on hold for the next two months but I am gonna cancel it soon.
