Take control of your health
LifeMD has created a process for helping people take control of their healthcare decisions with medical guidance. It’s on my time as well, so I don’t have to take off work or carve out time for in person or virtual appointments. While I appreciate this freedom, the only improvement I would suggest is to provide more initial communication and support. Validation of being ‘on the right track’ or needing to make adjustments just gives patients that much more confidence to continue in a healthier direction.

Spend hundreds on a subscription
Spend hundreds on a subscription. Then when you need to get refills it takes weeks to get an appointment, then weeks to get shipment. Overall, I have spent 2 months total on wait times on appointments and shipments for a very expensive subscription. Very disappointed, will be going elsewhere from now on.

Poor Customer Service
Overall, the Life Indeed program was good, but customer service was inconsistent. Responses to messages took 3–7 days, and I experienced two calls where representatives disconnected when the issue became difficult.
They advertise 24/7 doctor access, but appointments were typically 2–3 weeks out, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, the pharmaceutical service was excellent—prescriptions were filled and delivered on time.

Terrible communication, I cancelled the service and they owe me $54. Still waiting on the refund to my credit card. One of the founders emailed me for feedback, I told him the same thing and still haven’t received a response.

I am currently taking Zebound prescribed by my endocrinologist without any negative issues. I have type I diabetes. Lifemd.com states that type 1 diabetics cannot be treated for weight loss by glp 1 Zepbound. This is completely false and this website should not be trusted.
