My initial impression after trying to place my first order is that this company lacks professionalism and a customer friendly experience. Spent a considerable amount of time on their site trying to get some answers to questions that should be already answered on the website. Went ahead and filled out all the info required on the site and get to the point to place the order and I get an error message that I need to provide a "regionid", don't have a clue as to what that is and nothing on the site gives and explanation. So the following day I go back to the site and try to find out how to place the order and am required to completely go through all the information with the chat person that I had already filled out on the website. Never got an answer to the "regionid" error message, but it took around another 30 minutes or more to place the order by chat. Having to spend almost an hour trying to place an order with this outfit is not something I will do again. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! AND I HOPE THAT I HAVE NOT MADE A MISTAKE BY DEALING WITH THEM. Also, the chat site says that I can save a copy of the chat to my email, but I tried to send it and it never went through. Obviously there are some issues with the website that the company does not feel are important enough to rectify. I have been buying Canadian drugs for several years and have never had this much trouble with a company before. May have to return to my previous pharmacies if this is the way this company operates.

My Rx has not yet arrived in Indiana after 3+ weeks.

It kept asking for a regionid when I tried to submit my order for shipping. I tried on 3 different computers and I kept refreshing. I finally was able to order it through the chat function. Scarlet was able to help me order my medicine in no time. Very polite and kind!

My experience with LifeRx has always been great. They called & reminded that time to re-order my medication was coming up. The reps are always pleasant & knowledgeable. My last shipment was received in record time. Great company to deal with to get my Eliquis at a much more reasonable price.

I have tried to get a response from liferx re my order 010035185 x2 emails x3 chat online, they never respond!

I have received half my order the rsagilene but not the most expensive drug on that order sifrol er $177 the tracking info is not valid does not work. Chat doesn't respond they don't respond to emails. All i ask for is an answer ,as a pensioner with Parkinson's $177 is a lot of money to worry about.

The chat with Scarlett was quick and effective. I would give her a 5 but I only needed to chat because I was unable to order online. She made that happen. She was 5 but overall it as a 4.

Very easy to order. I wish the weight for receiving was not as long as it is, but I realize they can’t do anything about that. I love the fact they keep in touch to let me know when I need to re-order.
