De klantenservice is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en meedenkend. Mijn verzoek werd serieus genomen en er werd duidelijk moeite gedaan om tot een passende oplossing te komen.

Al met al voelde ik me goed geholpen en waardeer ik de prettige communicatie.

The delivery was fast and without any issues. FedEx did a really good job. They showed up when they said they would show up, it was well packed and it perfect order.

The walking pad is nice, works as advertised. It's a bit louder than I thought it would be, but it's okay.

The console is kind of old-fashioned. I would have few improvement ideas wrt UI and UX - but it works.

Excellent service and product! I had a correspondence first with a couple of questions and have never experienced so effective/short “reply time” even outside office hours. I ordered on a Saturday (weekend) and recieved Friday less than a week after, which was surprisingly since I ordered from Denmark and not NL (and for sure expected it to be 2-3 weeks delivery, even though the site says 4-9 business days).

I further even had dialogue with worries during delivery, and Ronald (Director who has helped me) was amazing to handle all questions from me. Product wise Lifespan Treadmill TR5000 Glow Up lives up to my high expectations, really good quality and worth the higher price I would say! Therefore im happy I choose to order from the brand website itself, and not a distributor more near by. I was really hoping the service would be amazing from the original brand it self, now that they sell these more expensive tread mills and the type of brand they appear to be :-) luckily I was not disappointed in anything!

Ich habe mir das LifeSpanTX6Walking Pad zugelegt. Warum? Um keine Ausreden mehr zu haben, dass es draussen kalt ist oder es Regnet oder oder oder...Ich kann jetzt immer gehen mit bis zu 10km/h wobei ich im Moment niedrige Geschwindigkeiten nutze. Ich muß abnehmen! Und man kann das Pad prima unter den Schreibtisch stellen und während dem Arbeiten langsam gehen. Das Pad hat einen hohen Preis ? Das kommt auf die Sichtweise an. Das Pad ist robust, man kann es bis 200kg belasten (das ist wichtig. Es bringt nichts wenn man sich ein billiges walking pad kauft und der Motor kann dann Dein Gewicht nicht bewegen) und es ist 51 cm breit. Schaue Dir die Breite der Geräte am Markt an, 38cm können verdammt schmal sein! Die Fernbedienung erleichtert die Bedienung des Geräts. Vier sinnvolle Anzeigen, nicht mehr, keine sinnlosen Spielereien. Für mich ein guter Kauf der zudem schnell verschickt wurde.

Het fietst wel een beetje zwaar ook op de laagste stand. Ik vind het wel een reuze mooie uitvinding om zelf stroom op te wekken door te trappen. Het is hierom zeker een 5 sterren waard. Voordat ik de bestelling geplaatst had, werd mijn vraag per mail snel beantwoord door de vestiging in Rotterdam. Toen bestelling geplaatst wachtend op de nieuwe maan omdat ik een mooie start wilde hebben op deze aankoop. Ik werd gebeld door de transporteur dat het eerder geleverd kon worden. Op de afleverdatum zelf zou de lift helaas buiten werking zijn voor die week wegens werkzaamheden in de lift. De chauffeur was alleen en had het niet kunnen sjouwen en heeft aangeboden om met nog een mannelijke kracht erbij 2 hoog te willen sjouwen. 2 van mijn buren stonden klaar te helpen. De medewerker van de werkzaamheden van de lift heeft gelukkig aangeboden dat ze de lift voor dit doel tijdelijk zouden activeren. Mijn 80 jarige buur heeft toch maar getild om de grote zware grote doos op een rollende 'kar' te zetten. De lift werd aan het einde van de dag door de werkers aangezet en ze hebben het zelfs binnengezet bij mij. Er ontbrak een wrench en ik dacht eerst dat ik meerdere onderdelen miste, omdat ik de tekst niet had gelezen en alleen de afbeelding had bekeken. De zadel bleek al tijdelijk gemonteerd en moest gedemonteerd worden, vandaar dat ik eerst dacht dat ik die onderdelen miste. De service van Lifespan gaf aan dat er iemand zou worden gestuurd. Maar gelukkig had ik andere 'moersleutels' in voorraad en is het me gelukt het zelf te monteren. Ik heb mijn oplaadbare theelichten lader erop aangesloten en zag dat het werd opgeladen. Dus het werkt. Ik ben toch blij met de aanschaf van dit product. Ik hoop dat ik er vaker op zal gaan trainen en niet mijn oude hometrainer zal gebruiken omdat die soepeler trapt. Om de app te activeren moet wel getrapt worden op de bureautrainer. Dit had ik niet gelijk door. Na 2 minuten was ik helaas erg moe. Ik hoop dat ik aan het zware trappen zal wennen. Dank u wel Lifespan.

My (so excellent!) TR5000/DT7S is 8 years old, and as I walk on the treadmill every working day around 8/10 km per day, the back roller has become noisy.
Spare part service of LifeSpan Europe gave me the solution in less than 1 week

Had a production error but this was resolved after contacting support.

In the end a replacement was required and this was arranged and executed within the week.

Very happy with the eventual outcome!

Bestellen ging tamelijk eenvoudig. De bevestiging van bestelling kwam ook vrij vlot binnen. Wat beter kan is de product informatie en mogelijkheden om te syncen met App. Die is sowieso summier.

Hochwertiges Gerät, ist sehr leise während des Laufens, robust gearbeitet, maximale Geschwindigkeit von 6,4 km/h erlaubt auch "Powerwalking", falls gewünscht. Leichte Reinigung, sehr gute Qualität und Verarbeitung. Steht aufgrund des Gewichts von 60 kg sehr stabil, ist aber mit den Transportrollen sehr leicht zu bewegen. Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Habe das Gerät jetzt seit 2 Monaten und nutze es nahezu täglich mehrere Stunden.

Customer service is amazing. I had an issue, and they quickly sent an engineer out. When another issue cropped up, the MD of Lifespan EU fixed it himself! Product works perfectly now - thank you <3

Had a great experience with the customer service and company. There were a couple of buttons defective due to usage on our device. I contacted them through the website and very shortly after received a message back that part was available including some advice and a couple of days later we received it by mail.

I received the wrong desktop for my order, and support is not answering so far to any communication I tried. With such an expensive order, I find this unacceptable.

I purchased a desk with a treadmill, but they sent me the wrong desk. They told me they would send the correct one, but they haven’t responded or sent it yet. I do not recommend buying from them

1st off the delivery guy left the pallet and treadmill on the doorstep and drove off leaving me to figure out how to get the pallet into the house and dispose off the pallet. Now 2 months after purchase the treadmill motor is overheating and produced a smell. I've tried contacting the company for 2 weeks and got 2 "we are looking into it" messages and nothing else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY OR THEIR PRODUCTS!
Update: 10th July 2025:
They sent parts for the treadmill and sent a technician to fix it but didn't send a motor (slow down and burning smell apparently means to them that it's a logic board and display issue and not a motor issue). The technician came, tried it and said "it's a motor issue" and didn't understand why they didn't send a motor. He didn't swap the parts, just took a look at the motor, left the treadmill running for 10 minutes and reproduced the burning smell and said there was nothing he can do. He put the treadmill back together and left with the spare parts, contacted LifeSpan again and they arranged for someone to come collect the treadmill BUT on Monday 7th July Monday the company that was supposed to pick up the treadmill had sent a single person but he refused to take it as it wasn’t on a pallet. He mentioned something about talking to the company he works for but then left. I emailed LifeSpan customer service after this happened and I haven't heard back.
