Ordered online, surprised to see guaranteed next day FOC, totally unexpected.
Received an email from Gemma Morris to tell me 1 item was out of stock and Yoke did not have anymore stock.
Luckily the size that was out of stock was the wrong size! Our fault.
Gemma rang me straight back after I'd informed her I'd need to wait for one of the engineers to confirm if the alternative was acceptable.
I informed her that we required a different size, which she sorted straight away over the phone and took prompt payment so we could receive the item on the same next day delivery.
This is our second time of using LES and their customer service is second to none.

Have used a few times when needed and all equipment has been delivered really quickly and customer services especially Millie Moreton who i have mainly delt with when needing certificates respond on the same day with answers

Dear LES, thank you for your support with my order which I placed this morning.
Firstly, as a return customer ', I was attracted by your competitive pricing and consistent quality. After I placed the order Louise got onto me straight away to ask ifI was sure that I was buying compatible items and then Millie pointed me in the right direction and made sure I was able to make a correct purchase. AND she arranged for a refund for me. Now that's what I call customer service.

The equipment purchased was great quality and as described. The price was very reasonable. Unfortunately after the order had been placed and payed for I received an email about the collection option which I had opted for. This turned out to not be from Stourbridge(near to my home) as stated, and was in fact going to be from Bloxwich. This was a quite bad inconvenience as it is on the opposite side of the Black Country form Stourbridge. and was a very traffic heavy journey on a Friday.

Extremely fast service, and when we had a problem it was resolved almost instantly by Millie.
I don't normally leave reviews but LES have seriously impressed me.

I ordered an item which had apparently been priced incorrectly. I understand that these things happen. I received an explanation almost immediately and I was advised that my order had been cancelled. I received my refund within a few days. Whilst this was all an inconvenience, I was impressed at how this was dealt with (politely and efficiently). I give 4 stars only due to the pricing error.

The only thing that let you down was TNT. They delivered quickly but because I had no idea when they were coming, I was out for 30 mins and missed them. Delivery went back to Poole 30 miles away and arranging another delivery was not easy - it took another week. TNT has a terrible system unlike other carriers who keep you fully informed and even a map of where the driver is.
