The only thing that let you down was…
The only thing that let you down was TNT. They delivered quickly but because I had no idea when they were coming, I was out for 30 mins and missed them. Delivery went back to Poole 30 miles away and arranging another delivery was not easy - it took another week. TNT has a terrible system unlike other carriers who keep you fully informed and even a map of where the driver is.

I completely understand how frustrating it is to miss a delivery with no clear time window or tracking updates, especially when it then results in such a long delay. Your feedback about TNT’s communication and tracking system is very helpful, and I agree that clearer notifications and real-time tracking make a big difference.

I have been a customer of LES for years…
I have been a customer of LES for years now. We as a company keep upgrading and changing so always require a hoist or 2. When I got in touch with Gemma Morris few years back she was so helpful and able to meet all the requirements for the hoist I needed. We are still in touch now always sorting anything I need from recent hoist purchase which was done as always with no issues and quick which is great. Recently I called her up looking for specific type of hooks which I was told by everyone are not being produced anymore and she found them in Europe, she got it sorted for me rather than tell me they are not produced anymore like everyone else.
Anything you need give Gemma a call she will definitely sort something out.

I purchased a 2500kg SWL Fork Hook Attachment for delivery in the new year. They were let down by TNT and the first one went missing, but issue was resolved with absolutely no hassle. Replacement sent and received as expected.
Highly recommend and thanks to Louise and Millie in Sales Support who were a great help in resolving this matter with the transport company.

Had an issue with an order that I placed. Completely my fault . Gemma sorted this for me, doing all the leg work and arranging a fix for my issue saving me a lot of money .
Deliveries were made within 24 hours of the order being placed.
