Exceptional customer service. Needed a replacement necklace & Breanna could not have been more helpful. Emailed on Monday night & the replacement chain arrived on Friday - brilliant!

My daughter has had two beautiful necklaces , on one the chain broke and she somehow damaged the loop where the chain goes through the initial . The chain was very promptly replaced and the initial was repaired. We couldn’t be happier. Fabulous customer service .

I recieved a necklace from Lily and Roo over a year ago and it is such brilliant quality, i have worn it everyday since i received it and it looks the exact same as how it did when i got it. Unfortunately, my necklace snapped and it was entirely my fault as the chain is delicate and thin. I reached out to the customer service team at Lily and Roo and they were so helpful. They immediately apologised that the necklace has snapped and offered to send me out a replacement. The jewellery is so beautiful and
amazing quality and I will definitely be buying there in future for myself and as gifts.

One of my items had been lost/stolen during the sorting process with the handler, I was able to contact Lily and Roo and they were able to provide a full replacement within a week, great customer service.

Everything about this company is geared to meeting the customer's requirements. The jewellery designs are original and the prices are good. The correspondence is friendly and helpful. I have ordered a set of pearl earings and a gold pearl necklace for my wife and she is very pleased with the purchases.The delivery times are very quick.I recommend Lilyandroo to you.

Fantastic customer service received after I ordered the wrong size bracelet for my wife. The team responded to my email in minutes, clearly explained the exchange process and I got the bracelet back a day after they received the original one from me. I ordered some earrings and a ring from Lily and Roo for my wedding day and I was really pleased with not only the quality of the products but the service delivered. The original pair of earrings I had chosen were out of stock, but Liv from the company contacted me and updated my order to a different pair of earrings and ensured they were sent out quickly. The customer service was polite, efficient and dealt with my worries with no fuss. They did not know that my wedding is just around the corner, but they put me at ease knowing I could still choose something I love and that it would arrive on time. I am really looking forward to wearing the pieces I have chosen and would definitely purchase from this company again.

Above and beyond! Had left it late to find a St Christopher necklace as a lucky charm for my daughter travelling around South America. Due to the weekend it was a struggle to guarantee delivery in time. Lilyandroo arranged delivery before 10:30am the next day, messaged me to confirm and it duly arrived! The necklace is beautiful. Dainty but excellent quality,& great to have 16” chain size, so perfect for her. Will be a returning customer!
