I bought some wedding jewellery for my daughter and she doesn’t like pearls and only wants something dainty and not overpowering and I found exactly what she wanted - earrings, necklace and something forcthe wrist and all matching and she loves it and wore it last week for her registry wedding

I had several questions for Lily and Roo and they always replied quickly. I placed my order which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately the earrings were not the ones I ordered but as it was Saturday there was a delay. They responded quickly on the Monday with a return label and by Wednesday I had received the correct earrings which look very pretty. The customer service from Breanna and Olivia was excellent.

I had an issue with my Lily and Roo order, due to my own mistake. Breanna was friendly, helpful and very efficient. Their products are beautiful. I highly recommend them.

My husband to be recently ordered a very gorgeous necklace bracelet and matching earrings set for our forthcoming wedding. I was over the moon with them and they came packaged beautifully. Unfortunately I think he just pressed order not noticing the length of the necklace or length of bracelet. So when they arrived they were both a little too short. I also didn’t notice this until after the returns 14 days window.

However I emailed Lily &Roo a lovely person called Liv responded straight back and said it was absolutely no problem they are happy to exchange. It was no trouble and it was all done so quickly my new set soon arrived. Such excellent customer service and extremely efficient. Liv was very helpful and couldn’t do enough. Would highly recommend. What a fantastic company, after sales service is wonderful. My son and daughter in law bought me pearl earrings for my special birthday last October. Originally they bought me dropper pearls which were beautiful, however I didn’t suit them. My son contacted Lily and Roo who exchanged them for pearl studs without question at all. Unfortunately after a few times wearing them one of the pearls came away from the stick. I contacted the company via e mail and they rectified the issue straight away, Breanna was so very helpful and courteous, organising pre paid returns label. New earrings were delivered to me within 4 days of me e mailing them.

Ordered a solid white gold necklace with birthstone pendant with emerald as a milestone birthday present. Ordering straight forward and prompt tracked delivery by Royal Mail within 5 days. The necklace is extremely delicate and the pendant is small. Unfortunately on the first wear the clasp broke off, but luckily we didn’t lose the necklace. Contacted Lily and Roo customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. A returns label was sent soon after and the broken necklace returned. Once we had provided the tracking details a replacement was sent in a few days. Although disappointed that the necklace broke so soon, I am really impressed with the customer support. Thank you.

At last! I’ve found an independent company that not only provide high class items but also values customer experience. I cannot fault the customer care or the items I’ve purchased. Most definitely will buy from them again 🙂

I bought a necklace and bracelet several years ago. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Lilyandroo workmanship, the necklace needed to be repaired. I contacted them and within minutes a reply was received with details of how to arrange this for a very reasonable fee. The repair was carried out efficiently and returned. They answered my questions patiently and promptly. Would certainly recommend.

I bought a necklace for my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately the clasp came off. I contacted Lily&Roo and they were so helpful. I sent the faulty necklace back and received a replacement the next day. The customer service was impeccable

This company has been nothing but easy to work with. The piece I ordered is beautiful and the quality goes above and beyond. I had a little mishap with the chain and they were quick and willing to help me resolve the issue. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Well where do i start. Ordered my wife for her 60th birthday a pearl initial bracelet with a 18 carat gold plated birthstone charm. We had a weekend booked in the cotswolds and my wife's birthday was on Monday the 16th of June so was planning to give it to her on the Sunday as a surprise. I had an email to say they had not got the 18 carat gold plated charm but would i like to replace it with a 9 carat solid gold one instead. I said yes to this as i did not have the time to sort anything else out. The said items would still be delivered in the 3 working day time frame which again was fine as we wasn't going to the cotswolds till the friday the 13th of June. On the expected delivery day i received another email to say they had not got the 9 carat gold one but would i like it in a white gold one instead and they promised me it could be delivered on the Friday before 10 am at no extra cost to myself as well as offering me a £30 pound voucher for the inconvenience. Though not ideal i agreed to this.I got back to them regarding this to be told there courier had collected and i was to late they said they could get it to me on the Saturday instead again at no extra cost though not ideal for the plans i had i gave them the Benefit of the doubt and agreed to this We got back on the Sunday and low and behold no bracelet had arrived.It finally turned up on the monday of my wife's birthday and i could not believe my eyes after all that they sent me the completely wrong bracelet and the initial was so small i could barely see it so I immediately sent it back for a complete refund. I appreciate things go wrong but to get it completely wrong 3 times this was an absolute disgrace and it spoilt what hed been a lovely 60th birthday for my wife so a word of advice shop elsewhere and save yourselves a lot of heartache and grief Oh and to add insult to injury they had the audacity to send me another email with a link to get 10% off my next order REALLY i would never shop with these again 😡

This was my first time purchasing from Lily and Roo, and it won’t be my last. I received excellent customer service when buying my item. I wanted to exchange it, and the team reached out to me quickly to guide me through the process. Their response throughout was prompt and helpful.
