Great yarn and delivery really fast

This was my first time ordering from Lindehobby. The choices were wonderful but I did not realize I was ordering outside the USAZ until I saw the tariff charge at check out. I decided to proceed regardless because I had a punch needle project to finish. I am SO GLAD I stuck with the order because the yarn is rich in color and exceptionally soft!!! I wish I was a knitter and could put this yarn next next to my skin🤗

this yarn is terrible.. it splits all by itself, doesn't hold a stitch, and comes in very small skeins forcing joining mid project

Prompt delivery of yarn internationally.
Extra effort to provide the same dyelot for the skeins.
Lastly the yarn was affordable.

Good quality yarn, fast shipping

The company has so many yarns and accessories available that I cannot get on this side of the pond for that great of a price. Shipping is extremely reasonable and import taxes/tariffs are all included at checkout. Also, items arrive fast. This was my third order and I never had problems. I will definitely keep ordering and can highly recommend them.

Lindehobby support was extremely fast and helpful! I ordered an interchangeable needle set and was accidentally shipped the wrong one. After reaching out to the team, I got a quick response and the item I actually paid for was promptly shipped out to me.

easy, affordable, accurate, and fast!!

My first order with Lindehobby started with one of the chosen yarn color was damaged. The experience with customer service was truly amazing. They were understanding, professional and helpful to get the damaged yarn replaced promptly. I still give it a 5 star, because the yarn is good quality, affordable prices, colors were matching the website pictures and delivery was on time. I would diffidently order again.

Unfortunately, my local post office LOST MY PACKAGE so I can't review the yarn. I'm also NOT being reimbursed for the loss. I must say that the last order I made came super quick...5 days (I'm in the USA). That yarn (a cotton yarn) was very nice.

I really admire your yarn. It’s very diverse, yet consistently high-quality. I especially love Nord, but since I live in Las Vegas—where there are very few cold days—I’m going to start working with silk, linen, and cotton. Your prices are very reasonable, too, which is great.

i only received half of my order. I reached out to customer service via website with no response, so i then reached out via email and got a response. they are sending me my missing items….but currently waiting for them to arrive. Customer service was helpful just disappointing half my order was missing when i pay a shipped and tariff fee
