Package got lost and it's been lost since August 3rd. I have to wait an extended amount of time, over 3 weeks, to get a replacement or refund.

Something Seems Different
The prices and people at Lindehobby are amazing! The turnaround time is usually super fast. And I mean lightning fast. However my last two orders took 10 days just to pack to be shipped. Then another 6-7 days in transit. I’m not sure what’s happening. The second order I placed I requested $30 2 day shipping and the order never moved from “processing” status so I had to cancel and order from somewhere else because I needed the yarn quickly. I’m not going to go as far as saying I won’t order from them in the future, because like I said the prices, the amount of product availability and the people are amazing. But if I need something quickly I may consider an alternative first.
