No parcel, no tracking details, no communication...
My order was supposedly dispatched on 16th September, but I have still not received it. In the original confirmation email I was given tracking details of a parcel sent to Moscow which is clearly not mine. I have emailed several times and replies take 24+ hours: I am now being told I must visit my local sorting office and ask my neighbours to see if they have the package! They seem to be waiting for me to report back to them that I've done their bidding: Why is the onus on the paying customer to find out where the parcel is, when the error is theirs for not providing proof that the parcel was ever sent in the first place! I've paid for goods that I haven't received, very poor customer service indeed.

Good items, slow returns
Items were delivered in good time. However, I have not received a a refund in over two weeks and have no confirmation that they were processing the return. I contacted the company who asked for the tracking number which I supplied but could also see it was delivered a while ago. I have had no contact since.
A real shame as everything else was so good I would have used them again but I don’t think I should have to chase for information.
Update* received an email apologising and stating the refund hasn’t now been processed. Hopefully my second return won’t be far behind (only returning due to multiple sizes)

I'd like to leave no stars.
The delivery policy is a joke. They do not dispatch items until they can be bothered. They use royal mail so no option of click and collect.
Any orders valued under £50 are not given tracking details sent by 2nd class delivery so you can't even get peace of mind to know it's on its way or when it might be delivered.
Luxury underwear maybe but certainly not luxury service
I'll stick to figleaves
UPDATE: I received a full refund AFTER a lot of arguing and not before THREE different employees gave THREE different lies/excuses/reasons... Including their favourite about delivery problems often left on reviews here in trustpilot.
Believe the negativity it's all true.

My first purchase with Lingerie Outlet…
My first purchase with Lingerie Outlet and I was very happy with the wide range of bras available. I ordered a few to try at home and the delivery was on time.
I haven’t completed the returns yet so 4 stars. I have to travel 30 minutes to an Asda store to make a free return, which is out of my way, but is the same time as travelling into town to try on, and there is much more choice online and better prices.
I will be using L O again.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience. Bra ordered, totally different style and size arrived. They could not have been more different if they tried.
Also, despite the website claiming no Uk customer will ever have to pay for returns they had repeated “technical” issues so would not send a returns label. So I was out my original postage money and money I spent on my item. I asked for the cost of postage to be sent, so I could send it back before receiving a full refund. I didn’t think this was unreasonable but this was nonetheless declined

We are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment so for this reason we cannot send prepaid Royal Mail labels. We are offering to reimburse the return postage for our customers but unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of this beforehand as the price will change due to the weight and size of the parcel.
