My 4yo and 7yo has been attending the online lessons lately and they have been enjoying the class very much.

My child have been with Lingoace for more than 5 years with Zhang Laoshi. We have been using online lessons and the Chinese teachers are good, teaching my child how to write good Chinese composition. The teacher's Chinese pronunciation helps the child to pronounce Chinese more properly and this helps her in the Chinese Oral. Overall, I recommend parents to try out Lingoace for their kids if they are worried about their Chinese pronunciation.

Sign up and customer service support is responsive and prompt. Decided to sign up based on positive reviews from friends.

the international payment is slow with unclear information.
the rewarding should account for more course purchasing, for example if you buy course for Chinese and later you buy Maths as well, then there should be rewarding for add on purchase,

My girl has three sessions already on lingoace and she looks forward to her Monday classes . I like the fact the teacher speaks only mandarin unlike some of the local Tutors I have had in the past sometimes end up using English to explain. My daughter enjoys her lessons !

This is a very dishonest business. We have been using them for almost a year by now. Before we renewed, they promised us that we could continue having either 25 minute lessons or go to the 55 min lessons. Soon after we paid the highest package, they claimed that for our child’s level only 55 min classes were possible. We tried 55 min and it turned out not to be efficient. This was accompanied by their attempts to manipulate this decision between my wife and me and also not getting back to us in timely fashion with info we requested. Stay away from this business is my honest recommendation.

Now they are trying to remove my review here by pretending that they cannot contact me. I am the one who paid for their highest package so why do they not have my contact details?

So far my daughter likes their online lesson. Already signed up for 1on1 package.

Very good experience, my daughter has been with Lingoace for 3 years and she like the teacher and lesson content.
