We attended a trial class with LingoAce, and my Primary 2 son really enjoyed it. The lesson was engaging and interactive, which kept him attentive throughout the session. I also appreciate that the curriculum was personalised based on his learning needs, so the teacher could focus on areas that required more support. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’ll definitely be signing him up for more lessons.

My child enjoyed the LingoAce Chinese class. The teacher was patient, engaging, and made the lesson fun and easy to follow. My child stay interested throughout the class and is happy to continue learning Chinese.

During trial class, my child easily recognised and remembered the words. In the actual class, they remembered the words and sentences while doing homework. The class is fun and the teacher is patient. I decided to let my child build the Chinese base with LingoAce.

My child has been studying with LingoAce for over four years. Having native Mandarin-speaking teachers who can teach Chinese authentically is truly rare in Singapore. The platform is very user-friendly, the class scheduling is flexible, and the teachers are consistent. Our child can manage everything independently, which we really appreciate.

We had a great teacher that was native chinese that helped my daughter with her speaking.

I attended one trial lesson only and clearly and politely declined to continue afterwards.
Despite this, I have received continuous cold calls from LingoAce for over eight months.

I have repeatedly and explicitly asked them not to call me again. Each time, their staff promised the calls would stop — yet they continued. What makes this worse is that LingoAce uses different phone numbers each time, making it impossible to block them.

This goes far beyond normal marketing and amounts to persistent phone harassment, showing a complete lack of respect for user consent and privacy.

I am sharing this experience publicly so other parents can make an informed decision.

Affordable and convenient. Good engagement for kids. Very convenient to have it online and not have to fetch around. Obvious from review materials that my three year understands what was taught and looks forward to class. Consultant Leonie was helpful and patient with arranging for trial class and registration thereafter.

Great customer support to help understand their system. They are also very approachable and do their best to help assist in any make up class or reservation of lessons. Highly recommend if you’re a parent who need flexibility 💪🏼
