I recently bought a new Triumph Speed Twin 1200 RS from Lings in Ipswich. I found Lucious to be really friendly and helpful and the whole experience was drama free. I'm obviously hoping the after sales is as good so will report back after the first service! I really love the bike, though why Triumph supplied mine without rear pillion footpegs is still a mystery...

I’ve been given money to cover cost but it means I now have to take time off work to take bike for MOT within the next 5 weeks and hope it passes so I can still use. Simple check list box had been ticked but not really done. What else was ticked but not done.

Fantastic visit to Lings to look at an SV 650 and Leon couldn’t be more helpful. Got the bike over and gave me a thorough run through of everything on the bike and made sure I was happy with everything before getting my wallet out. I took the offer of delivery which is very reasonably priced as well which is a huge help as this being my first bike, it would be quite a trek back home. 10/10 experience and highly recommend.

I brought a motorbike from Lings and the front Tyre needed changing. I contacted then and they confirmed a booking with me. I rode upto them only to be told it wasn't in. I waited for 3 hours and still not there. They told me they would contact me when it gets in and here we are again over a week and still haven't heard anything .😡

As part of your purchase, we agreed to replace the front tyre and, at your request, arranged for this to be completed after collection of the motorcycle. Unfortunately, on the day of your original appointment, the tyre delivery was delayed due to circumstances outside of our control, despite having been ordered in advance. We appreciate this caused inconvenience and apologised at the time.
Since then, our team has made several attempts to contact you to arrange a new appointment, and we are pleased that a suitable date has now been agreed for the work to be completed.
We understand your frustration with the delay and apologise for the inconvenience caused. We look forward to completing the tyre replacement and resolving the matter for you.

Always great service from all the triumph dealership, saying that the service I got from Mr Alex Eggleton was exceptional, first class salesman, I think he went over and above to insure that I was totally satisfied ,I can't praise Alex and the rest of the team enough , I would highly recommend Lings Triumph Essex and will use them again .

I had excellent service from Harry at Lings in Watton who dealt with the purchase of my new Triumph speed 400.
Harry was very informative and answered all the questions I had. I was not pressurised in any way to purchase the bike, but with such great service and information provided I felt very confident to go ahead and purchase a bike from Lings.
I was kept well informed by Harry during the whole process right up to delivery, I especially liked to videos sent of my bike prior to delivery.
Delivery was great too!
My overall experience of Lings was 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend Lings to anyone.
I will definitely be looking to go back to Lings whenever I’m looking to upgrade my bike 😊

Worth the wait
Sam @ Lings Powersports Norwich managed to secure me a KTM390 Adv. R around 6 weeks sooner than my local dealer and kept me informed during the 6 month wait.
