Good experience
The staff member was very polite. The smoke alarms were very reasonably priced and arrived on time. They were very easy to install. I asked for the smoke alarms to be pre-linked, which they were with the exception of one. I’m sure when I phone them again they will happily advise me on how to link it to the others. Overall a good experience.

Fantastic switched on company
Excellent communication, and assistance.
There was an out of stock item and they called me within 5 minutes of placing the order to check if it was ok to put on hold ore refund the item. I paid to have my items pre synched so they would work straight out of the box, and they did flawlessly. The items are of good quality, and easy to install. Would recommend for anyone requiring a linked fire alert, and CO2 system.

Overall good service and product
Website didn't work well for me but customer service when I phoned was great. Efficient processing and delivery and installation was straightforward. Product is clean, small and looks easy to use.

An absolute first class piece of kit, come to you factory linked, meet all requirements, 10 year battery life, dont need wiring life and half the size of standard domestic smokes, which the customer loved.

The alarms worked exactly as stated and…
The alarms worked exactly as stated and were relatively easy to install.
However one of the adhesive pads supplied did not appear sticky enough and the alarm fell from.the ceiling triggering all the other alarms!
