I tried sending numerous emails to cancel and not to send anything else to me and I wanted to send back what was sent because it doesn't work!!! Update after response from Lipovia:
I did exactly what you said to do and even sent a screenshot of your response here. I received the same exact message as before....confirmed my cancelation but not one word about my refund or the fact you're company keeps trying to take $107.95 everyday from my account for the last 4 business days. Whoever, Bruna S, is....she can't read or answer any of the questions, she simply responds with a formed response that is the same each time. Beyond furious at this point!
I ordered the GLP1 patches to try them to see what I would think after trying. I did not sign up for a subscription but they continued to charge me and ship products without my consent or authorization. I have sent several emails that would go unanswered. There is not way to cancel or control your account on their website. I finally did get a response this week. They stated the account had been cancelled. However, they did not respond to my request for a refund. Then, they have tried to charge my account for $107.95 twice. Luckily my bank caught it as a fraud alert and did not accept it. I am waiting to hear back on refund and why they are trying to take over $100 from my account.

They stole my money
They stole my money. The product was just a sticker that did not work for anything took me forever to contact anybody and only got a response in email. No one ever answers the phone. I have proof that any email from them stated that I canceled my product and then they still charged me another $107.95 do not order from them. It is a scam. They will keep taking money out of your bank account. I’ve canceled several times and received emails back stating that my account was canceled but yet I’m still being charged.

If I could do 0 stars,I would. I ordered this product for a one month only, and somehow I was sent a 2 month supply and charged twice. Paypal refunded one of the charges. 1 month later I got notice that another shipment was coming and they charged my bank account 3 times the original payment. I called Lipovia and they stated they would cancel my order and I should receive a refund in a few days. I have tried calling and emailing this company and I get no response. Instead of a refund, they took another payment from my account and stated they were sending more of this product and it hasn't even been 10 days!! DO NOT order from this company. It is fraudulent and the product does NOT work. I'm thankful that my bank is handling refund for me.

I originally ordered a trial supply
I originally ordered a trial supply. However I am now being charged a monthly charge of $107.95 weekly. This has happened twice so they now owe me s refund of $215.90. For the first charge of $107.95 They agreed to cancel the standing order but not refund my money . They now have said they would refund my money if I returned the product. Horrible customer service
After initial order, I was charged for another month at $107. No place to cancel subscription, they don't respond emails and phone number doesn't work. Tried sending message through the contact on the website and never getting a response but they close the case. Horrible experience .

I contacted them as they said to and the only thing they offered was to cancel my subscription. I asked about a refund and have gotten no response. And I still have not gotten the product which I was charged $107.95.

Everything that the other reviews say is EXACTLY what happened to me! I tried reaching out back in February and assumed they got my email and cancelled and BOOM… 107.95 was “pending” so I went to my bank and changed my card in time so it wouldn’t fully process through. Got a PayPal alert saying it didn’t go through😌 their product of the glp-1 patches didn’t work hence why I wanted to cancel. Plus they kept falling off. So don’t get anything from them!! They also have a fake phone number because when I tried calling, it goes to some weird recording to save a message. Left one and they never called back. I’ve sent them 3 emails and nothing.

Beware sets up recurring shipment without consent
Beware! Do not buy. They set up a recurring subscription without authorization and have not responded to my request to cancel. I am developing skin itch and irritation and have not found any weight loss benefit at all. Their order site is deceptive in that there is no option to pick a single shipment. So you think you are buying one pack to try out but instead you are subscribed for monthly shipments with no easy way to cancel.

This place is a rip off in a scam. The product does not work. You can never get a hold of anyone from customer service. We’ve had emails back that our subscription was canceled which we never signed up for in the first place and within a week they charged us again and I’m having to fight with an attorney to get our money back. If I could give this company a zero, I would. I ordered on a trial basis and it did nothing for me. I sent them a cancel request, heard nothing. They charged me anyway so I sent them another message...crickets. Today a transaction hit my back for double the amount!! I called my bank and opened a dispute with them and blocked any further transactions. DO NOT ORDER....THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

This company promised to stop unathorized charges on my account after my last trust pilot review. But yesterday they charged my card again for even more $107.95. I have an email dated 4/30/26 in which they state they will not charge or send anything else. I have filed a dispute with the credit card co, complaint with the BBB and Federal Trade Commisssion.
