First off they make you think your buying a second box for 9 dollars then turns out it’s double the price of the first pack with 2 separate charges onto your account then it takes weeks to get delivered with no return labels , all the while I tried to contact them the second they took the 2nd amount of money out of my account to not even send the order and they said the order was processed , if it was processed that fast it shouldn’t have taken 2 weeks to get if it’s a USA company, then they will keep charging your account saying you got a subscription when there is no where stating it’s a subscription if it was then why would I need to buy the second box that costed double ??
They are scammers and I feel we should all get together and sue this company !!

I am receiving charges on my card that I never authorized
I am receiving charges on my card that I did not authorize. I emailed them after they said the patches were on their way and was told to contact them when the patches arrived and I would get a return label. Never happened after 2 attempts to contact them via e-mail and the customer service number is disconnected. I was told that my “subscription “ was cancelled last month. I never signed up for a “subscription” another charge popped up on my card today for $107, my card declined that charge also, the third one. My card company is investigating this company. This is the biggest scam ever!!!!

If i could offer negative stars I would! Scam company! Fraudulent transactions without concent and absolutely zero customer service! Phone number is fake. When they respond to email, it’s a template because regardless of what you write the same email replies. I authorized one charge to try it. Barely had the product when they charged me again. Can't see any results that the product is working and they keep charging me even though they told me the subscription I didn't know I signed up for was canceled. Phone number on website is no good and they won't answer the number that's on my paypal transaction. STAY AWAY! THEY SUCK!

Scam. No customer service
Very disappointed with your customer service. I never received any invoice for the product that I apparently ordered. It came in a mailer bag with no info. I checked my account and I was billed a second time for an order that I never received. I have emailed and called many times to cancel the order. I weigh 110lbs. I don’t need the products and I don’t want the product.
A reply to my emails and calls would have been appreciated. That’s common curtesy. I guess in a scam, that’s not done.

Not worth the hype
Took several weeks to get delivered when advertised as fast delivery. Patches do not stay on. I had to apply a bandage over the patch because within a short time they were falling off my freshly clean non lotioned areas recommended to be applied. I wrote a complaint after trying to call several times and I emailed at least 5x!!! You responded to my complaint on TrustPilot but have yet to cancel the subscription that I did not authorize or give a refund for products that I didn’t request or order! This company as hundreds of reviews and they are ALL bad! That should tell you something!
