Terrible customer service
My experience is awful. I placed a one time order and I was charged for a second order that I didn’t request for $53. and some change, I sent 2 emails to cancel and get a refund. Please let me know where I can return and get my full refund a please again Cancel any other orders. I need an address to send your product back.

Lipovia continues to charge my CC
This company continues to charge my card for product NOT ordered... DO NOT order from this company! Lipovia will continue until you cancel your CC.
TWICE now I have charges for product not order and for product not sent. (And the crap doesn't work..) add on...
They still continue to charge my card wven though I have canceled via email. once for 69.95, then twice for 107.50... each and every time my CC has let the charge thru, dispite changing card numbers..This company is fraud. to those leaving a review.. do on BBB also.

Like all the others, hadn't idea they were going to bill for subscription. I wanted to try 1 .month.
They changed dollar amount 3 times, as my bank declined 1st 2, then 3rd one went thru.
I tried going thru PayPal, no help.
My bank canceled my debit card because of this scamming "company.
A month ago my husband had a heart attack and then Open Heart surgery.
We cant afford $76 no income!!
Tried calling, phone number bogus. Emailed, email fail!!

Scam company
Scam company. I filed a complaint with PayPal without success. Patches are fake, don’t stay on even if put on clean skin. They have charged me a second time without authorization. Although PayPal gives contact information, they don’t reply to it. This episode has really burned me. I am not in a position to lose this amount of money. If anyone knows how to get them to reply, please share. I am just sick about it. I need the money they have charged me.

I would do zero stars. This company and its products are absolute trash. I purchased a 1 month supply, very careful to not get roped into a subscription. I did not sign up for anything nor consent to any other transactions but they charged my card for more products that I definitely did NOT order. I have my bank working on a solution as well as I have contacted the BBB. Sucks that you can’t safely order anything online anymore. I will revert back to in person shopping only in the future.

Half a star would be too much. I placed an order for 1 month supply. I got my one month but was noted about having a subscription. I DO NOT WANT A SUBSCRIPTION. But there is NO WAY to get in touch with the company to stop that from happening!! This is the worst customer service I have ever had any experience with. Stay away!!!

I already wrote a review for Lipoviasua. They actually responded to my review, it basically said "we are so sorry, please email us". But I have 8 times and not one response. Can't get anything even resembling how to return product. I have to go to the bank and have any future transactions blocked as I know, I absolutely know, they will charge me again, so its on me to try and get the bank to flag them.

Lipovia is a Scam!
Lipovia is a scam. After placing ONE order with them, they have been trying to charge the one-time use credit card daily for a subscription I did not authorize. Their phone number listed on their website 323-776-1816 is disconnected. They do not reply to emails either. Stay away!!!
Update... I have emailed Lipovia a few times and have never received a reply.

I would rate actually less than 1 star. Was charged over $70.00 and no way to get it back even though when ordered there were promises of money back guarantee. DEFINITELY SCAM. Phone number got someone who said she couldn't hear me, there were tons of voices in the background, obvious scam tactic. My card was compromised after this order and I believe it was this company. Would definitely like money back and will try email, but am not hopeful.

I ordered $69 worth of patches. They sent me $300 worth of patches. I spent $25 to send the products back (which were not as advertised). They said they would send a refund and they did not. This company is a scam.
