I had ordered the bundle of skorts. They absolutely were not like they advertised.
They won't accept them back because there is nothing wrong with them. They offer you a return of 10% which is unbelievable. According to the Trustpilot website it says they accept returns but they do not. Do not waste your money.

This company did not meet their promises as described in their ad. Do not purchase. Not the quality you are paying or. Thin, see-thru, small as if made in China and it is! Save your money.

I ordered 2 items from Lisamate which were delivered in a reasonable time. The quality seems good but I ordered a size "large" stated as 12 to 14 womens. When they arrived, the items were so small I couldn't believe it. My daughter tried on one of the items and it fit her quite well. She is SIZE 4 in women's. I contacted Lisamate and their only option was for me to pay $15.99 for a replacement order or receive a 10 % refund and keep the items.
Now there's a choice. I wrote back that if they want to maintain any semblance of legitimacy for their company, they should give a full refund and I will return the items to an address they provide. Haven't heard back and probably won't. DON'T TRUST THIS WEBSITE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Ordered pants, poor material , no labels on pants, torn off residue of labels ,no packing slip, poor folding of pants and very poor packing.

I orderd skorts from this company in 5 different colors. They are not becoming on me, provided details as to why I wished to return them, provided the order number and requested info on returns and refunds. Got a long email that they need photos of the shipping label, photos the labels on the merchandise, photos of the merchandise, etc etc C'MON I replied and advised them that THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT EVEN KNOW THEIR OWN PRODUCTS. WILL WAIT TO HEAR FROM THEM AND HOPE TO GET MY MONEY BACK

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. What a scam crap company it took weeks to get the cargo pants and when they arrived they were cheaply made and the size was way off. I normally wear s US medium but ordered a large and the pants are too small.
The company told me I could return them to VietNam for a full refund but shipping is at my expense or 10% refund. What kind of customer service is this?
I had no idea this company was not in USA. What a pack of theives. DO NOT order from these scammers.

WARNING!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 pair of stretchy cargo pants and the product I received was the correct design, however made with extremely thin ungiving cotton, like you might find used for a light summer blouse. In addition, the size demention is horrible, designed for someone with no curves or butt. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY DO NOT OFFER A 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED!! So, even though I received the wrong product, they would only exchange the same product for a different size, a 1 time offer, and I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A $20.00 FEE. The only other option they offer is to receive a 10% REFUND!! Seriously, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!!!

This is a complete scam. Taggless clothes which violates Federal law. Their refund or exchange policies are bait and switch. Its a droppshipper that intentionally scams you out of your money. I bought two pairs of pants that were low quality and I ask for a refund the auto robot only offered a 10% refund. I had to file a CCard despute.

I purchased 3 pairs of pants. Only paid 4.99 for shipping. The pant legs are sew smaller than normal. No size on the pants, I believe they sent the wrong size. Trying to send back, but got the run around and the only way to get a full refund is if I send it back to the warehouse in Vietnam. It would cost over 90.00 to send. This company is a waste of time and money. Not worth their promises of satisfaction guaranteed.

I'm glad I only ordered one item from this non-legit company. I did finally get the item after 2-3 months. Very poor quality and wrong size. Tried to contact them for a refund. Sent countless e-mails... no response and no other way to get a hold of them.

Update: Actually heard back regarding the refund. They offered me 10% and to keep the product. This maxed out at 30% or I could pay to have it shipped back to Vietnam. I opted for the 30% discount and lesson learned. I’m still waiting for the refund.

DO NOT buy from Lisamate. The size was off and when I sent them back for a bigger size (I bought 3 pair $59.96) I was told they could not exhange them because I had sent them back to the address on the package and that that address would dispose of them. They further stated they would only give me a 10% refund ($6). These people are scammers and cheats. They have my money and they have my 3 pair of shorts. I repeat...stay away from Lisamate.

I would give no stars if possible. First their sizing is so off. There is nothing on the website to say what measurements are their sizes. Second is time to get product is not quick. Third, their response, if you even get one only happens when you threaten to report them. There is no information on the website where you're suppose to return items and what they ask for to return the item(s) is crazy. ex, photo of item, photo of receipt of returning item. They do not make it easy. After not hearing back from them I returned package to the address on the package that it came from. Now they are offering a 10% return of my money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I tried to report to Better Business Bureau but you need an address. That's probably why they don't have an address on their website.

The pants i got from lisamate were very bad no tags no strech ripped at seam and the size is wrong. Iv'e tried to get the return address but they won't give it to me they make it look like you are dealing with the Usa, but it's china. DO NOT BUY FROM LISAMATE THEY ARE A SCAM. I have been putting in conplaints and photos of what is wrong but don't get back to me they are avoiding the issues.Iv'e lost 86 dollar on this website

The product I received was grossly MIS-SIZED. I ordered an xl and the product I received was no larger than Small.
They have a refund policy of 10% if the article is undamaged.
That is basically a NO refund policy.
Buyer beware! Do not have anything to do with this company.
You will be dissatisfied and lose your money as well

They took forever to ship and then would not let us exchange the item, even though we were barely in THEIR 30 day window. They told us to keep the items and offered us 5 bucks on the 60 purchase. What a joke. They then told us to keep the items and send them 30 to get the correct size. I reported them to our credit.card company.

This company can improve by having quality merchandise that is true to size and not use inferior material that is thin, wrinkled, and stiff. The pants I received are nothing like the pants I saw advertised. I have been back and forth on 8 emails with them refusing to take the product back, to finally offering me options of returning it to Vietnam and paying the cost or keeping it and receiving a 10%, and lastly a 20% refund of the purchase price. I finally disputed the charges on my credit card and I hope this will be resolved. I caution anyone buying from this company. The product they sell is trash.

I bought two pairs of ladies pants after reading their returns and exchange policy. Unfortunately the pants were too small. I contacted the company ( you can only email and they take several days to respond). This company do not honour their own advertised easy exchange policy that offers no return shipping cost for an exchange . In fact they quoted a different policy in their email. I have tried to exchange my purchase for a larger size but the company ask for $18 US shipping costs or offer a 10% partial refund. They did not acknowledge their published policy even when pointed out to them. I have emailed three times and they do not budge, sending me the same email response. I will never buy from them again. The product was ok but the quality was definitely not as good as advertised. I am contemplating reporting them to the Australian Consumer Commission but for the $56 dollars the pants cost I am not sure I can be bothered. Hopefully this post will stop others engaging with this company. I will donate the pants. I hope someone can benefit from my bad experience.

Don't buy from this company. My bad, I ordered 6 pairs of pants at one time and they were nothing like the advertisement. Cheap material and shoddy workmanship. Their 45 day return is a joke as they would not give me a return address and after many, many emails finally offered me 10% of my total order in refund and told me to keep or donate the items. Bad business guys. Only reason gave 1 star is cos I can't put up this review without a rating.
