Don't buy from this company
Don't buy from this company. My bad, I ordered 6 pairs of pants at one time and they were nothing like the advertisement. Cheap material and shoddy workmanship. Their 45 day return is a joke as they would not give me a return address and after many, many emails finally offered me 10% of my total order in refund and told me to keep or donate the items. Bad business guys. Only reason gave 1 star is cos I can't put up this review without a rating.

Do not buy from Lisamate.
After numerous emails, I still have no address to return pants. I ordered 2 pairs of pants. They are nothing like advertised on their website. One of my pairs had a massive gap on the leg where it had not been stitched correctly. Lisamate offered me 10per cent of my full price as a refund. Do not buy from this Company.

Ordered 2 pairs pants. They were rubbish. Like made with a plastic bag. They offered return at my expense to Asia or a 10% ($7.90) refund. Will never buy from them again

Worse experience ever
Worse experience ever, never been duped like this, the product was not as shown on the website. Been trying for months to get my money back. Have ask for return address they finally gave an address in Vietnam. Please ladies do not order from this company

Really disappointed
Purchased 2 pairs of pants 1228-3659 sizes M.
Straight into the bin. I would have thought M size would fit a size 14 (Aus). Not a chance. Lucky if they would fit a sit 6-8 (Aus).

Beware!
Awful communication and replacement policy. Over a dozen emails many never answered or the same automated messages reply. The pants are of a poor quality and do not look like the ones advertised. I would never buy from them again.

I ordered clothes from this company before using Trustpilot. Previous reviews made me doubt and wondered if I had been scammed. There were emails assuring me that my order was received and that it was out for delivery but the there was a problem with my address. Alarm bells began to ring in earnest but but it did eventually turn up. I don't know why there was so much confusion but I did want people to know that this is a genuine company and you will get your goods.
