Awful company, avoid!! Took my money and hasn’t sent it to me. Ignored by “customer service” which I imagine isn’t anyone! Please do not purchase from these scammers

DO NOT ORDER From this company. The customer service is terrible, they do not reply and sent the wrong item and nothing from them. Do not waste your money.

Had this Doppler for over a month now and it’s still going strong. Great quality and really reliable. Just spotted the new range and already planning my next purchase!

Was a bit nervous buying a Doppler online but couldn’t be happier. A month in and it still works brilliantly. It’s become part of our weekly routine and such a lovely experience. Just seen the new range and already adding things to my basket!

Absolute scam. Ordered about a month ago a baby doppler. No response from them when I contacted. Now I have to go through the PAIN in trying to get my money back.

Ordered a dress up outfit as a birthday present for my great-nephew on 8/11. I received a confirmation email and no further communication since then!! Tried to send emails/contact them. They take your money and you get nothing in return!! Stupidly had not checked Trustpilot to read other reviews.

Ordered an item on the 9/10/2025 for my partner however has not arrived and local delivery still haven’t received the item from littlebeats
I have tried to contact them but an error messages keeps coming up and they have no contact number.

This website is ran by someone who has created a website to seem like an online company. All items are from Ali express hence the reasoning of items not being delivered or receiving it over 1-2 weeks late.

What happens is that we as customers would pay £35 for an item, they receive the order and they will order a most likely to be £5-£10 item from Ali express, keeping all the remaining money for profit.

I know it is from Ali express because the pillow says Ali express and so does the delivery packaging.

Do NOT buy from this website.

Item never shipped and they are uncontactable. Impossible to get a refund. Don't trust this company to deliver.

Still waiting for my order it’s been weeks

If I could give a minus score I would! As giving 1 is too generous for the amount of stress and terrible customer service on the website as well as no contact number or reply to the submission form let alone the multiple emails sent!
I paid for express delivery and no response received the item over a week and a half later!
The item does not work properly and the returns policy on the website only has an email in which they NEVER respond! No return forms etc NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!
Honestly don’t waste your time its not a trusted website!

It was an impulse buy that I immediately regretted after a little bit of research. It turns out their returns process is non-existent. Their email address bounces back and their returns portal doesn’t work. Dishonorable.

The product I was sent didn't work (tried a whole pack of batteries - then would try and turn it on and it would say it's low on battery). Have emailed them multiple times - no response. Have tried to contact them via their "contact us" page but the form submission doesn't work. Seem to be a scam!

Item took weeks to come, on top of paying £3.99 on delivery. Shipped from overseas and stuffed into a small bag. Even though it states on the website free shipping. The Item finally sent was in the incorrect colour. Attempted to email customer service multiple times for a refund with no luck. Don’t bother it’s not a trusted site.
