Good experience but could do with more products
I feel the site needs more products to choose from but the customer service was excellent and overall the website was easy to navigate and send to family and friends.

I highly recommend using Little list
I highly recommend using Little list, Im a first-time mum and I found it was great site to go through what I need for my little one. It was also amazing to make a list that friends and family can can choose from. The best part is that one lovely person handles things for you making sure that all your orders come in and are delivered on time, any confusion they are happy to help via phone or email or the live chat. I've never had such good service with all avenues working so well. I want to say a big thank you to Jess who was so helpful and helped me step by step on my little list journey.

Simple and easy to use registry
I was a little overwhelmed by the range of baby registries online but Little List was simple to use, had easy to contact and friendly customer service (online or phone) and a great range of necessities and cute treats for our baby. We customised our URL to add the link to the baby shower invites and sent it out. We chose to have all the gifts delivered together in a giant box which was very exciting! Lovely service and range of products.

Brilliant gift registry that’s super user friendly
I can not recommend the litte list enough.
Everything was brilliant - super easy to use and create your own baby wish list. I also loved being able to add additional wishlist items that aren’t stocked by little list.
Anna was our dedicated ‘baby brain’ who was so helpful with answering any queries I had. She kindly helped arranged the multiple deliveries I had as we had additional wishlist items purchased after our son was born.
Delivery was super quick too.
Overall I would not hesitate to recommend little list. Excellent service from start to finish.

From start to finish the Baby Brains at LittleList we’re super helpful and responsive. They were great with their suggestions but also very realistic that people do shop around and change their minds. No ask was too big. Updates on product arrivals were helpful and they were very speedy with organising our deliveries when we needed them. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience using LittleList!
We had a great experience using LittleList. We were able to easily share our list with friends and loved the fact the list updates as and when items have been purchased so there’s no risk of you getting the same item twice. Friends and family also found it really helpful to know our wishlist of items that we still needed for our upcoming arrival! Customer service at LittleList was second to none, our contact Jess went above and beyond to check in, organise our deliveries for times that suited us and to ensure we were happy with the service throughout. Unbelievable service from start to finish
Unbelievable service from start to finish. I didn’t realise I’d get emails from a selected team member to follow your experience every step of the way and was delighted when I found out. Jess was so caring as well! I had updates for everything, including when things weren’t going quite as smooth as they should have, which out my mind at ease knowing that someone understood the situation, cared about it and was taking action. I wouldn’t hesitate to use LittleList again.

The most helpful customer service I have received from a company in my life! They were very proactive every time an item on my registry was purchased and helped me organize when and where to ship. Would absolutely use them again in future!

Very easy to use, they seem to really care about their customers. I had a slight problem with stock with one product but Anna sorted it out efficiently and I even got a product that was better than the one I had chosen.
