The customer service department at Momentous is second to none, they are kind, easy to understand and they are so happy to help! I love the Omega 3s supplement both for quality and for results, the subscription program is great and so easy to shift any time you may need to. Loving my experiences with Momentous!

I just recived the protein powder that was barley over half full. It's bad enough they don't give you 30 scoops for a full month. Now I am getting just a little over a half full cantainer.. unacceptable to me!

I take several Momentous products daily (creatine, vitamin d, and zinc) and am a big fan of their quality standards. Supplements are notiriously unregulated, so I appreciate that they go the extra mile to 3rd party test and verify every product. Yeah they might be a little more expensive than some of the random products you find on Amazon, but for my health, I think it's well worth it.

The products are incredible and the customer service is on top of it with giving me updates about my upcoming orders.
I've been using these products for 1 year now and can't see that changing anytime soon.

As a customer living outside the USA My experience was extremely slow delivery. Finally a one time order which I made had been turned by momentous into a subscription without my consent. I was reimbursed only very partially. Disaster customer service.

Fantastic customer service, great products. I was evacuated from my building due to a structural issue and did not remember to notify Momentous. Called and Jeanne was extremely empathetic, helpful, and supportive. She sent out a new package even though the other one had not yet been returned. I haven't had a customer experience this wonderful in a very, very long time.

They claim they are refunding me but they are only sending me back half the money they took from me. Due to your websites impracticality , I struggled to find how to unsubscribe for monthly orders which I NEVER AGREED TOO, YOUR WEBSITE AUTOMATICALLY SET IT TO THAT DEFAULT.

Terrible customer service! I have been waiting for 3 wks to get my order and I'm in North America. They do not reply their help emails. The live chat for help is not live, it is a bot that generates a ticket. Useless. This stuff is not cheap, I would better service. It feels like a scam.
Don't bother!

I ordered supplements from momentous thinking it was a one time order. After receiving the order in the mail a month later i logged in to my account. To my surprise my one time order had turned into a subscription without my consent. Shame on you, you momentous disaster of a company.

Do not care about international customers, truly brain dead logistics.

Beware if you're ordering from the UK

I put a product in my basket. The charge was $24.80. When I went to checkout the charge changed to £24.80

When I queried this the rep said that duties, tax and shipping were added at checkout. I pointed out that the change was not related to taxes, shipping etc.

I was then informed that the change related to "price testing" and "we have no control over that".

Ridiculous and dishonest. I gave up
