Disappointment - after having bought a couple of protein powders from Promix and generally being pleased with the product, I recently had a disappointing experience that has me questioning the integrity of the company and what they sell. I'd been on their subscription service for ordering protein every 3 months or so. In between one of my orders, they had a ~$30 price increase on my order (~30%). They had sent this notice on a marketing email and I never got notice. My order came up and processed, but then I noticed the issue on my credit card statement. I reached out and they informed me of the price increases. I understand these, however given my lack of notice, I asked if I could either 1) pay the old price one last time to decide if I wanted to keep buying 2) have a refund. They tried to claim that they couldn't offer a refund because they have some small print that technically subscriptions can't be refunded. This is technically illegal given the price increase and lack of visibility. After outlining the challenges with this from a legal standpoint, they offered to provide a refund, however not a full refund. They would not refund back the shipping and claimed they could not since I had not bought shipping insurance. I tried to explain that no one would buy shipping insurance to prepare for an issue a company has and they just never responded. They also stopped responding to common questions about how I was supposed to understand this. Overall this just really left a negative taste in my mouth and went against the principles I thought they stood by. I cancelled my subscription and will not be ordering from them again. If customer service and general care for customers is important, I do not suggest Promix.

I dont work for them, and I didn't get paid for this review. Im just shocked at some of the reviews. I would highly recommend their products if you want a clean, no fillers, top ingredients, products.
Yucky company - avoid
Yucky company! After the product leaves a gross taste in your mouth and in your stomach, the "customer service" will totally leave you feeling sick. I reached out to them to request a refund and simply stated I did not like the product, which is true, and based on the "guarantee" on their front page about satisfying customers - what a lie! - they denied me. So then I told them the product made me sick and if they didn't honor their happy customer guarantee, I would be filing a dispute. They then responded by accusing me of "changing my story" and using "baseless threats" against their company. Wow. Are you kidding me? They did not ask about how I felt, or how I felt ill. There were no questions asked to gain understanding, they just basically accused me of lying. How absurd.

I emailed not even 24 hours after I received for a refund or even store credit. They refused either, stating they don’t honor refunds for subscription purchases. Their advertising of 90-day guarantee is false and customer service even worse. This company is a joke.
PROMIX watermelon debloat
I purchased the watermelon debloat. I tried it with 12oz of water but the after taste is very salty. I added more water and an overall total of 20oz of water but unfortunately it has the same salty after taste and the debloat is NOT an electrolyte so I am surprised by the salty after taste. I did email to try and do a return but unfortunately I was told you cannot get a refund if you purchase it on a sale/subscription. The 90 day money back guarantee is absolutely misleading because it does not tell you that you cannot return items purchased on sale/subscriptions. They should also have that in bold by the 90 day money back guarantee disclosure.
Order placed: 15 December — still no delivery, no updates, no customer support
I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience! I ordered three products on 15th December and to date I have not received a single update, dispatch notification, tracking number or response that explains what’s going on.
I’ve sent multiple emails including urgent follow-ups and still no clear communication or resolution. At this point, the lack of transparency and customer service has completely destroyed my trust in this company. what a scam!
I am now demanding that someone contacts me immediately to resolve this because I’ve reached the end of my patience. If I don’t receive a proper response, I will take this further through my bank and open a dispute, as I refuse to lose money over an order that has gone silent for weeks.
I genuinely hope this review pushes someone to finally address the issue because right now the way this has been handled feels unacceptable and unprofessional.
Electrolyte tastes like salt water
The white peach electrolyte just tasted like salt water. Their matcha protein bar tasted awful. I only tried each product once and went on their site to write a review. I went back to their site to initiate a return.
1. They have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee
2. Their FAQ section states they want to ensure customer satisfaction in their first return policy statement
3. If you scroll to the bottom of the page to Delivery & Returns it takes you to an error page.
Because of all these obstacles I was not able to initiate a return so I emailed customer service. They stated no returns on items purchased with a coupon code.
This is false advertisement as it’s not made clear at the time of purchase due to all of their “customer satisfication guarantees” listed everywhere on their site.

I bought debloat during black friday…
I bought debloat during black friday sale so I could try the product out. I was so eager to love it that I bought two packs. After a few weeks of using it i am noticing my bloating got worse. I reached out to the company because they really market their 90 day guarantee and i still have one UNOPENED pack. they said the 90 day guarantee doesnt apply because it wasn't full price. How on earth is trying the product risk free then? This disclaimer should've been written just as big as the 90 day guarantee. Its false advertisement!! I wanted to try other products but now i refuse
No product quality guarantee
Last 2 orders contained mint chocolate puff bars were bad. One box was full of bars that were old stale and hard. The next order contained a new or messed up recipe as the mint oil was so strong it made the bars bitter and my mouth feel like I rinsed with listerine which is clearly not ideal. Earlier orders of this flavor (and all other flavors I have ordered) were great so I have a basis of comparison. Customer service was chipper in telling me they don’t refund subscription orders and that there is nothing they can do. Regardless of order method I gave them $60 for these 2 boxes of junk. I am also noticing no way of writing a review on their website. Like, the products HAVE reviews, but I’ve never been asked to review an order a there is no “write review” button on the product page so where are their reviews coming from??? Consider me a customer lost. Boi bye.

I received the Omega 3 Cod/Salmon capsules and was hit with the potent smell of DEAD FISH when I opened. I’ve never smelled anything remotely close to this with other omega 3 supplements. I’ve never been so bloated in my life. Reached out to Exchange for a vegan option and mind you this was my first order. Because I ordered on auto renew it was not eligible for a refund or an exchange! Not a good practice and not a clean product if it makes me this gassy!

This company is a complete scam – both to customers and affiliate partners.
Promix Nutrition presents itself as a “transparent, honest, and ethical” brand, but my experience proves the exact opposite. Their entire affiliate program is a joke. They happily let you promote their products, invest your time, effort, and reputation to bring them sales — and when it’s time to pay your commission, they suddenly “can’t find your referrals” or claim “system errors.” It’s nothing but excuses.
I personally generated multiple verified sales through their links, tracked and confirmed, yet I never received a single cent. Their affiliate support stopped replying to emails the moment I mentioned missing commissions. The communication went from polite to completely silent — classic scam behavior.
As for the products themselves, they are massively overhyped. The marketing screams “clean nutrition,” but the quality is mediocre at best. Many customers, including myself, experienced poor taste, clumping, and inconsistent product batches. And when you try to get help or request a refund, customer service simply vanishes.
Promix Nutrition uses the appearance of a “natural, trustworthy brand” to lure people in — but behind that image is a business that profits from deception. They exploit both customers and affiliate marketers.
If you value your money, your reputation, and your time, stay far away from Promix Nutrition. This company does not honor its word, does not pay what it owes, and clearly has no respect for honesty or integrity.
Awful experience from start to finish
Awful experience from start to finish. The order took forever to arrive, and when it did, the seal was broken. The powder had a strange odor and made me feel sick after drinking it twice. I tried contacting Promix customer service but got no reply. I’ve used many supplements before, but this one stands out — for all the wrong reasons.

Oh and their customer service is beyond awful. They are super unprofessional and extremely rude. They clearly need some training on customer service and how to make a more yummy protein powder that’s still clean. There are a million other nutrition companies out there I can name that are way better, tastier, and nicer than these folks. Shame on Promix.
Save Your Money
Overall probably the worst protein I have used, bought due to the clean ingredients in hopes it would digest easily (I don't mind if a protein dosent taste great).
Never in my life have I had a worse experience drinking protein. It makes me bloated, uncomfortable, and doesn't taste good. Overall, there's not much good to say, except that they refunded my order. Save your money and go with a different brand.
Protein Powder Doesn't Dissolve
The dutch chocolate protein mix I purchased is complete garbage. It doesn't mix with water! Isn't that the ONLY thing protein powder is required to do? If they tried to package this as oatmeal, that would be more realistic. I tried to reach out for a refund after I tried it day 1 and they don't offer refunds if you purchased it on a subscription plan! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! It's the same money! ZERO stars - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I just like anyone else could make a fortune if I had as many subscribers as you know, I could take a selfie and say the reason I’m “this fit” and say the reason is because I take whatever I put into those pills or whatever powder I want that no one checks is in those pills and I could sell it and become a multimillionaire and no one checks within it. I could call in miracle formula as long as I don’t make a claim that it treats a specific medical condition that requires the treatment of a medical doctor. I can just put buzzwords on it so instead of saying, this helps your depression. I can just say buzz words like depression immunity support, just using buzz words like feel good happy natural and from there I can sell it and we don’t have to get any approval and don’t have to clear anything through the FDA. This is the wellness industry at its finest
