Just wish could use different delivery option than royal mail as they have caused the delays each time.

I feel scammed
Good afternoon, I have placed an order and after 2 days of messaging been told - they can not supply my prescription. That is ok however, next day so 24 h. later i have check my account and order still show as processing? I have called to ask for re found and been told it it will take up to 5 working days so all together holding my money for almost 2 weeks and didn't supply anything. This is not right refund can be process much faster then that it takes companies to return money FOC 24 h max this days- I feel scammed as they are holding on to my money for such a long time for no reason.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way and understand how frustrating it is when an order cannot be supplied.
Once our clinical team confirmed that we were unable to fulfil your prescription, a refund was arranged. Although we can initiate a refund promptly, it can take up to five working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. Unfortunately, this processing period is outside our control, and we do not retain the funds during this time.
The “processing” status on your online account may not update immediately after a refund has been initiated, and we apologise for any confusion this caused.
Please contact our pharmacy team directly if the funds have not appeared after five working days, and we will be happy to investigate this with our payment provider.
