Excellent service as a new customer. My order was processed rapidly, and I had a friendly consultation with the pharmacist on the same day to discuss my treatment and agree my future requirements. Medication was shipped within 24 hours. Good pricing too, so all round excellent service. Recommended.

Had a brilliant experience!

I placed my order over the bank holiday, so I wasn’t expecting anything to happen straight away. Sent a quick email on Tuesday just to check everything was okay, and got a call from a helpful gentleman about 20 minutes later confirming all was good and that someone would be in touch soon for the consultation.

A few hours later, I had a video call with the clinician, super quick. I was able to send over everything they needed via WhatsApp, which was way easier and faster than emailing.

My order was dispatched that same day and arrived by lunchtime today. Honestly, such an easy and pleasant process. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
