do not contract them

i have been over charge many times for "machine clenaing fee" but no one show up to do the job (never) unless you call them and book it, but of course they take the money anyway beacuse is direct debit.
i have been charge 160 pound one month for water that i never ordere or recive, and i've ask a refound but from that moment no one answer me anymore.
i ve decide do stop the contract and try to contact them by e-mail and calls but no one pick up the phone or replay to my e-mails...
today i ve recive another invoice for somenthing that i never recive or order from them!!!!!
they do not answer to my call or e mail anymore and still charge me for somenthing that i do not recive!!!
scammers replay me and get your machine back!!
and of course refound me my money!!!
water has never been so expensive since when i made the horrible mistake to contract this company!
oh yes i've forget to say that is from december that i've stop to order from them,and ask to pick back their machine....

We've used Living Water's bottled water for 20 years

We've used Living Water's bottled water coolers for 20 years in our busy (and thirsty) University Department and I would recommend them without hesitation. Their team are always very helpful both in their office (Emogene and Samantha) and on site delivery and engineer's visits. Super-efficient, usually next day deliveries of water that tastes good and is served chilled. What more can I say?

Excellent Service

I’ve been using Living-Water Ltd for almost 4 years. They have been very efficient and have always gone the extra mile for my gym’s water supply. Pricing is very reasonable and I would highly recommend them!

Frequent delivery delays and poor cooler maintenance

I used Living Water services for almost three years, hoping for reliable water delivery and proper maintenance. Unfortunately, my experience was far from consistent.

Over time, delivery became increasingly delayed — sometimes by several days, without any prior notice. This caused serious inconvenience at home. On top of that, the water cooler was not properly maintained despite long-term use, and service visits were irregular or completely absent.

I contacted customer service multiple times, but responses were slow and unhelpful. There was no clear schedule or proactive support.

Eventually, I decided to switch to another company after reading positive reviews elsewhere. The contrast in service and professionalism was immediate and obvious.

I would suggest Living Water improve communication, delivery scheduling, and maintenance routines if they wish to keep long-term customers.

Really bad company

Really bad company, they are asking for termination fee for£80 when I asked why do I have to pay that all I want is cancel my membership they can't give sensible answer, Avoid this company!!

At the quote stage of our customer engagements, we offer you various contract options to suit your individual needs.

When you joined in March 2022 you had the option of taking a minimum 12 month contract, or a contract without a set minimum term.

You opted for the contract without the set minimum term, which meant that the contract could be terminated anytime (eg. 3 weeks/ 3 months / 3 years), given the payment of a termination fee of £80 to mitigate any potential losses as well as the costs for administration, collection and refurbishment of the cooler.

This costs was confirmed with you prior to your account being opened, and you agreed to these in writing. Please let me know if you need to see the signed confirmation.

I have reviewed the communication with you when you were terminating your contract with us.
I think you may have had an issue with the contents of the communications rather than the level of service provided?

The reason I state this is because I see the communication timeline as follows. On the 21st August 2024, you requested to terminate the contract with us. That same date, we emailed back asking if there were any issues that we could resolve that had led to this, upon which you responded that you wanted to proceed with the termination as requested.

We then requested a copy of the contract to check the termination requirements, and these were sent to you on the 23rd August 2024. You replied to state your dissatisfaction with these terms, and the team responded on the 24th August 2024 stating that the terms are agreed at the start of the contract therefore unfortunately they could not do anything at this stage.

We would like to try and resolve this amicably for you, please could you email me on info@living-water.co.uk so that we can communicate directly and see what resolution we can come to.

Living-Water Ltd

Living-Water Ltd. recently commissioned our small South African web design firm to redesign their website and logo. The original brief requested a clean, contemporary style, so we invested a lot of time and money in developing a new logo and website design, which they first accepted.
The customer, however, quickly altered course and asked for a design that echoed the aesthetics of the early 2000s.

We adjusted to their new request in spite of the change and the significant effort already made. Regretfully, the client was not pleased with our work this time either, and in the end, they decided to handle the job internally.

This experience has been difficult both financially and professionally for us as a business. We are at a loss because Living-Water Ltd. has declined to pay the remaining 50% of the agreed-upon cost. Seeing such unprofessional behavior is depressing, especially in light of the possible consequences for their own clientele.

We sternly caution other creatives from doing business with Living-Water Ltd. Their behavior raises serious questions about their business methods and suggests a questionable approach to working with service providers.

Dear Donovan,

We would like to point out that this project was outsourced to a business process outsourcing firm based in South Africa. Living-Water Ltd did not engage with Fluid Orange at any point in time.

However I do want to clarify things from our position.

We had requested completion of the urgent updates to our website within one month mid April 2024. However when the project remained incomplete for over 2 months, we terminated the instruction to them.

We did decline to make the balance of the payment as the losses to our business were caused by your failure to complete works timeously.

We lost business, we lost the deposit that had been paid initially, and we had the additional expenses of engaging another firm to complete to complete the project.

Furthermore, I would like to add that we have every right to request "a design that echoed the aesthetics of the early 2000s."

Maybe going forward you should clarify to your clients which designs are acceptable and which designs are not acceptable to you prior to accepting the request. You should also look at providing realistic timeframes to your clients when undertaking projects.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action in this matter. You are free to contact us on info@living-water.co.uk should you wish to rectify this issue prior to this.
