LJ's Boutique "Woman's Curve & Plus Size Fashion Avaliações

Great clothing, always received well packaged and the videos mean you really get to view the item before purchase. Slight hiccup with my delivery going on a random tour of England before coming to Cardiff but LJs were on it and it was a Royal Mail issue and all resolved. Recommend.

To all at LJ’s Boutique,

I wish to praise you all. I’ve struggled for years with my weight, finding clothes that fit me, that are fashionable compared to just oversized and dull. I then found LJ’s Boutique, WOW they offer a huge range of clothes, all sizes and nothing looks like you’re wearing a drab oversized clothes.

I’ve been thrilled with the quality, the full range on offer and their prices are exceptionally reasonable.
The lives are inspirational, genuinely made me see a range of styles/colours to try.. all of which I’d never have tried before.

I truly can’t thank you all enough, you’ve truly helped me in so many ways and I appreciated all the hardworking you put in to helping ladies alike me.
Much love Heidi Morris xx

I've been shopping with LJs ladies boutique for a couple of years now. Personally speaking they tick all the boxes. Their clothing is exceptional quality, brilliant pricing and their clothing range is size and shape inclusive. Every item of clothing is listed on their website, which is very informative with full description of items including sizing and fabric composition. The only items which aren't listed are any specials, which are shown on a live and are telephone orders only. They have at least 2 lives per day and new clothing is shown on a Sunday and Wednesday evening. Leesa always manages to find something that little bit different, that little bit quirky to what other boutiques have to offer. LJs allow ladies, regardless of shape and size to dress fashionable and on trend, not dull and frumpy. I've never had the need to return an item to LJs, but if i have had the need to contact their customer service with a query, it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. All staff regardless of their position within the company, whether they are infront of the camera on a live or in the office are very friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for LJs. Shopping at LJs is like shopping with a friend, they are always on hand to help and advise, if it's needed.

Ordered a dress in the sale, highly delighted with it. Fast postage. Perfect. It's like a friendly chat with a group of fantastic people. I've seen people ask about make up tips and they are happy to answer any queries put to them. Love shopping at LJs.
Always lovely, good quality clothes. Items arrive quickly, beautifully wrapped!
What’s not to love?
Thank you!

Ordered 3 pairs of leggings from this company and knew as soon as they arrived they weren’t what I was looking for so returned them on the same day for a refund , never even tried them on, these leggings were over £42 in total, they received them back to their warehouse within 3 days but took nearly two weeks to email me to say they don’t refund on leggings !! Why there was nothing to say before they were non refundable… they aren’t under wear… so they said I had two options to order more clothes from them and they would include them in the package or pay for even more postage to send them back to me again if I didn’t they would give them to charity!!! I will never order from this company again what an absolute rip off company this is, they should be ashamed of themselves…. There refund policy is shocking so beware if you do buy anything you may not get refunded if you don’t like them… I found out the hard way and paid 3 lots of postage as well as over £40 for leggings which are crap

Customer service is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Have called a few times with questions relating to items everyone I have spoken to goes the extra mile to answer what I have asked.

Quality of clothing is fantastic, never been disappointed with any of my orders 😊

I have been shopping with LJs for a while now and absolutely love the clothing. It has got me out of black!! Everything is well made and fairly priced..I’m a big fan of the classic wrap dresses and Michelle biker jackets, hollie coats and lightening bolt boots!! They all make me feel so confident and fashionable and love getting so many compliments. Thank you to Leeds and Sally and all the fantastic LJs team Xx
