Had an absolute 5-star experience buying my car from Paul! He was friendly, professional, and zero-pressure from start to finish. He made the whole process quick, transparent, and completely stress-free. I love my new car—thanks, Paul!

It's a cliche not to trust used car sellers but naively I believed that this does not apply to the large car supermarkets.
When I agreed to buy the £32,500 2 year old car the sales man Grayson assured us that they would touch up some stone chip marks and generally polish the car to near new showroom standard ready for when I would collect the car a few days later. At this point Grayson also upsold me an extra £500 to give the car a protective hydrophobic enamel coat to lock in the newly clean paintwork. However when I came to collect the car it was clear that the paint chips had not been addressed and the enamel coat was applied over the blemishes locking them in so they appeared now as unsightly black spots which cannot easily be addressed now without the expensive option of removing the enamel and completely repainting the affected panes. When I pointed out the issue the only thing I was offered was another enamel coat kit 'free of charge' presumably so I could further lock in the blemishes myself. I must have been in shock after my long 2 hour cross London journey to collect what i was expecting to be my dream car because for some reason I took the kit and tried to leave the car lot. Even that didn't go smoothly as it turned out the sat nav wasn't working either, so much for the 25 point check. The sales team guided me to do a software update which meant that the car became undrivable for a long period as it was too far from their wireless router and the car battery was almost dry so I was left immobile in the middle of their carpark for indeterminate time. The company would not take responsibility for the situation and when I was at the point of asking to reverse the sale and get a refund it was made clear that was no longer an option either. Eventually after several hours the udate completed and I was able to limp the car to the nearest charging station and made my way home and later still I had to get the sat navigation fixed by the original manufacture. LMC may be no worse than any other used car lot but I would recommend others to buy from a private seller as cheaper for no greater risk And if you do buy through them and they offer you the Enamel hydrophobic pitch tell them where to go!!

The customer service was outstanding, and I am very happy with my new car. I would highly recommend Yusuf and London Motor Company to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a smooth, stress-free buying experience.

Arrived at the garage, car had not even been washed. Inside smelt like smoke, tires needed to be replace. Window was scratched. Damage to the rear of the vehicle. Nothing like the pictures advertised.

We found this car through their website and was able to get an appointment the next day, and we had a new car in 5 days!

Utterly appalling experience with LMC Cars. I would strongly advise caution before dealing with this company.

We purchased a vehicle remotely through Cazoo and experienced serious issues with transparency, communication, vehicle condition, and customer service throughout.

One of the main issues was a £199 administration fee, which was not clearly disclosed through the Cazoo advert or purchase journey. We had already paid a £199 reservation fee, which LMC repeatedly confirmed in writing would come off the total purchase price. However, after the full funds had been paid, LMC then claimed the £199 was actually an administration fee and not a deduction from the purchase price.

When challenged, LMC said the fee was shown on their own website, but this does not address the issue. We purchased the vehicle through Cazoo, not directly through LMC’s website, and the fee was not detailed on the Cazoo advert or purchase journey. LMC would not confirm that the fee had been disclosed to us through Cazoo before payment was made.

Despite all requested funds being paid, including the disputed fee and delivery fee, LMC attempted to pull out of the transaction rather than properly address the complaint. This was particularly shocking given that the broker confirmed that, because all funds had been paid, LMC were required to proceed and the finance company was now the owner of the vehicle. The broker also confirmed to us that LMC should have informed us of the £199 fee because we were not taking their finance, but they failed to do so.

The issues did not stop there. As this was a long-distance purchase, we specifically asked about the condition of the car and were told in writing that there were no obvious scratches. This was completely inaccurate. When the vehicle arrived, there were obvious scratches throughout and a cigarette burn on the seat.

We were also promised in writing that the vehicle would be professionally cleaned and that a mark on the back seat would be removed before delivery. This was not done. The vehicle arrived dirty, with mud inside, Rizla left in the car, a receipt left behind, and the mark still present.

In my opinion, the service, communication, transparency, and overall handling of this sale were utterly appalling. The situation caused unnecessary stress, delay, and inconvenience, and the condition of the car on arrival was nowhere near what had been represented to us.

They did respond to this complaint claiming I was abusive, this is completely untrue. During the whole process even given the circumstances all of my communication remained professional. They also reported this review as defamatory which was rejected by TrustPilot.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend LMC Cars and I would strongly suggest that you review all the Google and TrustPilot reviews before proceeding. Its clear they are not to be trusted.

Do not bother with a warranty, they advertise that the audio is covered, but the warranty company say it isn’t,
and despite promising at point of sale that the radio would be repaired after she bought the car, they have now wriggled their way out of it.
Sad reflection on customer service, so save your money and don’t bother with a warranty.

Days later, the manager panics, calls me up, and spins a pathetic, amateur lie: "Oh, sorry mate, the engine has catastrophically blown up, we can’t sell it."When I asked him outright what garage it was sent to, he stuttered, went completely silent, and claimed he "wasn't allowed to tell me." What a total joke.Here is the hilarious part: I checked the live DVLA database. The car was actively TAXED the exact same day they claimed it was a dead piece of metal. You don’t tax a car with a blown engine. They got greedy, secretly sold my car to a higher bidder from under my feet, and invented a fake mechanical fault because they thought I was stupid enough to just take a refund and walk away.A guy named William then emailed me trying to salvage the lie, claiming the car was "returned to the supplier." Another absolute corporate fairy tale exposed by the live DVLA tax disc. You don't return a rejected, broken car to a trade supplier by taxing it for public road use!They are so desperate to cover their tracks that they are practically begging for my card details to issue a silent refund and bury the evidence. Too late. I’ve already found other reviews showing they use this exact same "blown engine" trick on other buyers. It’s a systemic, fraudulent pattern of trading.I dare the management to reply to this review with the name of the garage and a copy of the diagnostic report. You won't, because it doesn't exist. You got caught red-handed.Enjoy the formal Letter Before Action currently sitting in your inbox. I am taking LMC CARS LTD straight to the County Court for a full £6,000 lawsuit for Breach of Contract and Loss of Bargain, alongside a comprehensive fraud report to Trading Standards.See you in court, boys. If anyone wants an honest dealership, look literally anywhere else.
