I have to say, I had a very good overall experience with the Loan Depot process and employees. Austin Krol was very personable to speak with, he was knowledgeable about the lending process and loans you had to offer me and helped me find the best loan for my situation. A+ to him. Mindy Nagy was also excellent. She was a breathe of fresh air, pleasure to speak and deal with. She tied up the loose ends of getting the loan to close quickly. A+ to her. The Notary that came to my home to sign the paperwork was also a pleasure to work with. He was on time and very friendly. A+ to him. I cant say I had a bad experience throughout the whole loan process.

My experience was great because the entire process was smooth, well-communicated, and organized from start to finish. Every question was answered promptly, expectations were clearly outlined, and the closing was handled efficiently. Josh and Boguslawa were amazing! They were we responsive and proactive, making what can be a stressful experience feel seamless and manageable. I'm grateful for the care and guidance provided.

I can say I thought everyone was nice and kept untouchable through the process. They were not pushy or though they were above me. The only thing I was not happy about the amount of what I would be getting back changed 3 times. But he explained why. Thank u for all u did and not making me feel beneath u. God Bless.

Will not stop calling. Block one number and they call from 5 others. Harassing for days. Trying to sell me a Heloc when all I wanted was some information. Never give out my phone number again 🤦
