Brilliant customer support
I got my response to my enquiry lightning fast and was met by a wonderful advisor. I’m quite new to financial literacy and explained my goals to Arbaz, he helped me straight away and guided me to what I needed to do next! Very impressed with this service, It was quick and efficient. I was contacted via phone within a few minutes after my initial contact. The person was very polite, patient and helpful. It only took less than 10 minutes, after the call for him to arrange my appointment with my financial adviser. Now that's great service.

Not very happy
EDITED: I am actually very unhappy with the serive. At face value they were quick and helpful. Butbthe company they got me in touch with didnt actually exist. They sent me an email with just a company name and not website or phone number. When i searched the comoany online companies house saidbthey were dissolved. I then got a call from a completely different company at the arranged time. It made me feel very uneasy.
However they were heloful when i called them to asknthem to remove my details from their system and listened to the issue and said they would escilate internally.
Pretty dissappointed as financial matters are e verybsenstive subject and with allbthe scams that are out there, should be handled with the best care.
ORIGNIAL REVIEW: Called me back really quickly and were super clear and helpful. They got me connected with an advisor withing 10mins!
Highly recommend!

They want to sell leads, not to make you wealthier.
The person who handled my query was clear and professional. But it's important to remember that this company makes its living by generating leads for financial advisers, who pay for these leads. So they are less interested in matching you with an adviser who will meet your needs than with getting an income from a financial adviser who will try to sell you an inappropriate product.
I was matched with a young chap whose job it was to sell me some managed funds from a big wealth management company, charging 4.5% for their services. A truly independent adviser would have pointed out that managed funds rarely beat tracker funds and that you can buy a tracker fund for vastly less (0.3%). His job wasn't to make me wealthier, it was to make his parent company wealthier. And Local Financial Advice don't want to make you wealthier, they want to sell leads to people like this chap who want to take your money.
