Financial guidance made simple!
I'm not great at financial matters and had spent some time trying to work out the best way to access my pension pot, and how. When I finally took financial advice it was a very easy process that was clearly explained. I never felt pressurised and everything was completed within the timeframe given. I am very grateful for all the help I received and would happily recommend this company.

I want to talk about withdrawing some of my funds which over five years have hardly gained anything I now wish I had put the money in to ISAs . I’m now told I have to wait a week to speak to an advisor to get my own money.

I used My Pension Expert 8 years ago when I first started my private pension. It was a very worrying time when hearing of all the scams going around and people losing their life long savings. Having found MPE and talked with the financial advisor supplied I was immediately at ease with the process.
I can’t thank the team enough for the professional service I was given and now after my chosen first 8 year term I have used MPE again for my next term.
I would recommend to anyone family or friend.

Not impressed
Not impressed, when I took out the plan, I was told it was my money, and I could withdraw certain amounts as and when required.this is the first time we went to use it.I've now been told, I got to speak to a financial advisor which is a week away. After that, I might be able to withdraw my own money.

The team at my pension expert did all the hard work sorting and chasing my pension companies to bring them all into one pension, they kept me up to date with every step. The only thing I had to do was sign some paperwork, made my life a lot easier. They are a great team that look after you from the start and are always there when you need them, I know the charges may be a bit higher than some other companies but you get what you pay for as far as I’m concerned.
I highly recommend them if you are looking to combine multiple pensions or just pension advise you pay if you take their advice and proceed with them.
