Company great DPD not so
Purchased a hard to find bottle of whisky & the item was dispatched quickly. Unfortunately DPD lost it & were unhelpful saying I should contact the original company to sort it out. Shannon at Lochs of Whisky was superb & I have another bottle on its way.

Great service but Confusing names
The actual ordering and delivery of the whisky was great, what lost the fifth star was when I looked at my bank statement the payment was in name of Lakeland Furniture Limited and then delivery notification showed a third name so was little confused what was arriving.

With lots of options i was able to find…
With lots of options i was able to find the perfect bottle for my brothers 30th. The delivery was quick and the website is easy to use. I will definitely be looking on this site again for whiskys.

Wrong address
They put the wrong address on the parcel. I already reviewed but now am getting emails harassing me to leave a review so I'm using their official link so it'll stop. Do not spend money with this company they are a joke and blame couriers for their own mistakes.

1972 First Cask Macduff
The item I was looking for was significantly cheaper from Lochs than whisky vendors elsewhere and the photos on the website were of the item I received, which was well packaged & protected. No tracking info provided was provided until I chased it up by email, but the communication with Natalie thereafter was excellent. Would buy from Lochs again. Thanks 👍.

Sent my order to a random address
The confirmation email had the right address. It said it had shipped but I wasn't given tracking info. Fine, I wait a few days, then when I email to ask for tracking info I'm told it was delivered DAYS AGO to the WRONG HOUSE! They put the wrong address on the parcel despite it being correct in the emails, and didn't bother to let me know it had been delivered! The girl at customer service didn't bother to cross reference the address as she happily told me it had arrived – obviously if it had arrived, I wouldn't be asking for tracking information, would I?
This was incredibly stressful as this was an expensive purchase and a birthday gift. I will absolutely not use this website again in the future!
Edit to add in response: the label on the package literally has the wrong address on it so trying to blame the delivery driver/courier service is just wrong.

We're very sorry for the stress and inconvenience this situation caused, especially as the bottle was an expensive birthday gift.
After investigating, we can confirm that your parcel was dispatched with the correct delivery address. Unfortunately, DPD delivered it to the wrong property, which is completely unacceptable. We have raised this directly with DPD so they can investigate what went wrong and help prevent this from happening again.
We understand how concerning it must have been to discover your parcel had been marked as delivered when it hadn't reached you, and we sincerely apologise for the worry this caused. While the delivery error was outside of our control, we appreciate that this does not lessen the impact on your experience.
We're sorry we let you down on this occasion and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
