We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a dispatch confirmation, only to then be told that the bottle was no longer available. Unfortunately, on rare occasions our stock can be affected by inventory discrepancies or simultaneous purchases, meaning an item becomes unavailable after the initial processing stage.
We sincerely apologise for the confusion and inconvenience this caused. This is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we are reviewing our processes to help prevent similar situations in the future.

Exceptional Service.
I was genuinely massively impressed with how quick the delivery was, ordered on a Saturday received on the Tuesday. This wasnt the only thing I was impressed with the packaging was far better than I had expected had fragile all over it and was very well protected. The product itself got the reaction I wanted as it was for a family members 50th. Brilliant all round will definitely use again.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, I ordered a bottle of whisky which came in a big box full of foam, the whisky itself and display box were extremely well packaged! Unfortunately there was a slight leak with the bottle as you could expect from an old bottle of whisky. The tram handled the situation perfectly and promptly either offering me a full refund with return postage paid for or a partial refund. So both options were made available to me. I chose for part refund on this occasion and money went back into my account really quick so can’t fault Lochs of Whisky. Thank you for the great service.

Good booking, and good selection. Security code for delivery very sensible. Delivery was delayed slightly but not too bad. Main adverse comment would be the bottle came in a rather bent and battered box, and was for a gift…but the bottle was fine

Lochs of Whisky is a most efficient and reliable outlet for otherwise difficult brands of whisky to find. Its delivery service is second to none and whilst I have not spoken direct with anyone at Lochs of Whisky, I am without fail contacted by email thanking me for the positive reports.
Lochs of Whisky is the only outlet that I use to obtain Springbank Whisky.
