Confusing delivery details
Product was fine but I was confused by who exactly was delivering it because I had emails from 2 separate couriers.

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear the product was fine, but we’re sorry for the confusion caused by receiving emails from two different couriers.
This can happen when one courier handles part of the journey and another completes the final delivery, but we appreciate it isn’t always clear. We’ll take your feedback on board and look at how we can make the delivery updates easier to understand in future.

Unreliable
I ordered a bottle of gin, they took the money from my account, they then informed me over a day later that they don’t have that bottle anymore, I am still waiting on a refund and it has now been a week since they issued the refund.

I’m very sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused. We did process your refund 28.11, and it is now with the bank to complete the final transfer back to your account. Refunds can sometimes take a while depending on your bank’s processing times, but it should be with you very shortly.
Thank you for your patience, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any further help.
Warm regards,
