Dreadful delivery service
Many thanks, the whiskey is as usual lovely unfortunately, the delivery service we received from DPD was shocking, the first delivery time they failed to even bother turning up the second delivery I postponed to the next day because I wasn’t going to be in, they tried to deliver it anyway and on the final delivery, it was a day late for the birthday present

Thank you so much for your 3-star review and for your kind words about the whisky — we're really glad to hear you're enjoying it as always.
I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with DPD. That’s definitely not the level of service we want for our customers, especially when it’s for a birthday gift. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been with the missed delivery, the attempted delivery after postponement, and it arriving late. I’ll make sure your feedback is passed on to DPD so they can look into this further.
Thank you again for your patience, and for taking the time to share your experience — it really helps us improve.
