Great easy website, plus really helpful staff in the yard. Can't fault.

Great company. Great customer service without a doubt

Excellent service was quick to respond to order and saved us money on shipping. Absolutely would recommend

Again good speedy service good communication

Delivered quickly and well rapped.

Product stocking great, customer service great just a shame you can't buy on site

Although I had not realised that it was online orders only, it was suggested by a helpful member of staff that I do the order from my car. I found the website very easy and clear. Within 10 minutes or so someone brought my purchases out to my car. All of the Kee Clamp fittings were installed the following day and fitted my application very well. Friendly, efficient and competitivly priced. I'd recommend Lokinex

I liked that their price was good, and that they deliver. I was prepared for the surface finish not being at a higher price-point. I disliked the website repeatedly refusing to allow me to order (I eventually phoned through), and I really disliked the damaged delivery condition. The post & panels were very well wrapped so I dread to think what impacts were applied by DPD to cause the severe damage to the post, and significant damage to two of the four panels.

Had a curtesy call from the company about the shipment, and when it should be delivered, items were well wrapped, and the delivery driver was very helpful and thoughtful to where he put them.

Very good communication ,most helpful all round , Good service and product.

Excellent service and prompt delivery of order....

Would use again.

great price and delivery service

Good price, fast delivery all in stock

Good prompt service at a reasonable price

I am not familiar with the Lockinex products. I phoned to clear things up which led to a misunderstanding and ordering a wrong size elbow. Emails went unanswered.
I then looked on the website for info and as I was after elbows I went to pipe size. Got "Size 5" required but on the elbows page I don't see your pipe size code but the OD of the pipe that the elbow relates to.
Now I understand but the original; phone conversation failed to direct me effectively.
Also only express delivery for small orders adds significantly to price.
I guess Lockinex don't really want to relate to small non commercial orders but will do them (- which is appreciated but it isn't easy).

Simple ordering process, delivered as advertised.

Thank you for supplying the estate fencing.
All arrived quickly and in good condition.
I hope we do more in the future.
