I chose this company because they were local, in Ripon, and had very good reviews. Steve turned up very quickly when I phoned him, to replace the barrel on my patio door lock.
He saw that the door had dropped on its hinges and set about fixing that before replacing the barrel.
He was very efficient and the whole job was done in 45 minutes.
The result was a perfectly fitting door with ultra smooth locking - as good as new!
I was very impressed by his helpful and friendly attitude and would recommend his services without hesitation.

Great service, emailed them at 6pm due to losing keys to the house and needing to get in the house asap, got a call 5 minutes later to book someone to come out and within 10 minutes of the phone being put down Simon was calling me to arrange him to come to the house, 20 minutes later he’s there and 15 minutes later door was open and locks changed, couldn’t be more appreciative of Simon coming out so soon! Thankyou and very happy with the price! Definitely recommend to anyone!!

Colin is top class and worth every penny.

I had 6 flats all needing dead locks with key entry and all completed to a high standard. He also installing a new lock on the front door with handle and turn lock from inside.

He’s friendly, honest and extremely professional! I couldn’t recommend this guy enough!
