Excellent service
Efficient, quick and friendly service. I ordered 4 locks when I moved house. I had to call because I wasn’t sure about what I needed to order and the phone was answered straight away.
The order arrived the next day. I will use this service again and will recommend it to my friends.

Mix and match keyed alike with quick delivery
Wanted a few different sizes of casing and style (sash and deadbolt) but keyed alike. A quick call to confirm I'd added all the right things to my basket made ordering all the more straightforward. Surprised by the speed of service, expected a few days wait but 48 hours later and I had my order. Everything exactly as requested.

I’m happy to use Lock&Key again because I like their website for clarity; their pricing structure and paperwork is satisfactory,( although some products can be found cheaper by shopping around) and the lady I spoke to on the phone, Julie, could not have been more helpful. Delivery was when they said so, all in all, I’m happy with Lock&Key and will use them again.
