We are so please we contacted Locks4less when our front door smart lock was broken. we could not open it from inside the house. Arthur came and investigated and send us links to get the cover plate. Visited for the second time to check for compatibility. Arthur has to order another long handle hence visited 3rd time and fixed the locks perfect. Very difficult job done with a smile. I will have no hesitation to recommend.

Arrived earlier than expected, inspected jammed door, informed me of the fault and cost to rectify. Arthur attempted to free the jammed door, but eventually had to resort to drilling the door to free the faulty mechanism. I was certainly impressed with his knowledge and the professional way in which he replaced the faulty part, leaving the door and area clean and tidy on completion. Would certainly recommend this company for their reliability, professionalism and reasonable costs

I was impressed with their website so phoned and explained the issue with my grant door lock. Arthur asked me to take photos and based on my description and the photos he quickly identified the problem and responded with a quote to rectify the fault.
