I didn’t need an emergency service but appreciated a quick visit. The whole door mechanism needed to be replaced but I was not given any options or time to look up the price of the mechanism or wasn’t offered any helps finding it online; I was told to get it done by their company using their materials. They couldn’t even put my old lock back as it was so I would end up unable to use the door the same way I did before a callout.
The service was quick and professional and but being charged £216 for a lock seemed high; the total service cost me £288. I would say do not get pressured and explore your options on the phone and get quotes from other locksmiths if you expect that a change of hardware will be required.

Sunday morning at 1am locked myself out of the gaff. Tried 10 different companies. No answers or cancelled on me after 2 hours. Bogdan arrived in 30 minutes, completed the job super quick. Gave me 5 spare keys so it doesn’t happen again. The service was worth every penny.

I called Arthur at 7.40am with a faulty lock on a door; he was very helpful, managed to fit us in between other jobs and my work meetings, turned up within 3 hours and had sorted it within 30 mins. Very professional, polite, helpful, and the fee was reasonable too. Highly recommended.

I had Jake out last week to fix a broken gearbox and remove a jammed key. He was informative of what he was doing, what needed to be done etc, punctual and straight to work.
