Very professional store with fast delivery. From my experiences , delivery took a maximum of 3 days, even during the holiday period they managed to ship on time . Their response time is excellent, you won’t face any issues with communication.

Chaya skates are always amazing and I already previously owned these just wanted a second pair, but delivery and service was great! Definitely recommended getting these for anyone on the fence but just know that once you do every other pair of skates are going to feel horrible because these are so comfortable!

Great customer service, ordered my skates 2-3 weeks ago and got them on next day delivery and have been loving them ever since. With these being my first pair i did my research and found the locoskates videos which were great and had such a quick response time from Gaston when emailing about sizing for the FR - FRX80 skates and he gave me great advice on the size of skate i should buy and they have been a perfect fit.

I would have preferred to have had more flexibility and choice in the manner of shipment. The cost for shipping was as much, or more, expensive than the item that I was seeking. However, in the end, I am very grateful that the company provided me with the opportunity to obtain the sought after item.
