I really love how thoughtful, creative and helpful Gaston was. I was looking for something specific, which he was very knowledgeable about. Brilliant customer service, and great expertise. It has made me want to return here for all my skating needs going forwards.

I've used Loco Skates on multiple occasions, and they have always been brilliant, their stock selection, communication and dispatch times are excellent. Their website is well layed out and product descriptions are very informative and helpful. The company is very clearly run by people who have a genuine passion for the products they sell which leads to great service and an excellent experience with every purchase. Can't reccomend them enough.

Reply to the Company: The buckle came out, not only one bolt. 2nd, I bought it on Feb, contacted you first time at the end of May, 3 months after the purchase. And from Feb till the date of this review it was 7 months.

Besides being bad at math, it seems like you’re very dismissive of how dangerous it can be to have loose skates and a buckle hanging while you are skating. It could easily cause a fall or serious injury. Also, how exactly am I supposed to fasten the buckle, if it already fell out? Daa
You can cite the whole manual dude, no excuse for this.

I bought a pair of Flying Eagle skates from this shop and 3 months after the purchased and used only TWICE, while skating, the screws literally fell out, the skates got loose, and I nearly had an accident.

When I contacted the shop, Mr. Gaston Demoratti flat-out refused to replace the missing screws, saying it was “normal use.” Are you kidding me Mr. Gaston? Since when is it normal for screws to fall out of brand-new skates after two uses?

This is not just bad customer service, it’s dangerous. They sell skates that fall apart almost immediately and then wash their hands of any responsibility. Totally unacceptable. If you care about your safety, avoid this place and the Flying Eagle brand.

The skates came super quick. Think I ordered on a Wednesday and they were here by the Friday! Absolutely in love with my Them 80s inline skates. They’re such a smooth ride and decently priced for such good quality high performance skates. Honestly can’t fault these guys. Thanks for a positive shopping experience :)

Brought my first roller skates from Loco, their customer service was excellent, when told them there was a problem with my skate, they sorted that out straight away and responded to all my questions promptly & professionally. Got my new skate back quickly and I absolutely love it. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend Loco for anyone with 100% confidence.

Ordered a pair of roller blades, I got the size wrong, they were very helpful and I got the correct size and returned wrong size very smoothly.

Loco Skates has a great range of skates and accessories. I’ve bought quite a few skates and different items from them and everything has arrived on time and as ordered. No complaints whatsoever.

Fantastic service, as an online customer I received personal buying advice on the phone, was able to try multiple skates at home and then return those that weren’t right for me. An excellent buying experience, I will be coming back here for my next skates.

Loco are the best! I buy all my stuff from them if I can. If you have any questions, they are always very helpful. They are always very helpful regarding sizing with skates which is great for me as it's not always straightforward for my feet.
