Purchased 6 pairs now for my daughter, she finds them reliable and comfy and no longer worries about unexpected leaks during the school day! Also a life saver for dance as barely visible under dance wear. Fab product!

It took a few purchases to decide which style was best for me. Now I am really happy with the seamless brief style and I now have got quite a few. They are very soft and comfortable. I feel perfectly comfortable when out and about wearing them.

I was quite sceptical before ordering as my daughter and I have tried period knickers before with varying success.
I was reassured to see the size guarantee as I was unsure which size we would need.
I needn’t have had any concerns. The underwear fits great, works and doesn’t feel bulky or make any noise. We are very happy with them and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I ordered 7 pairs; all arrived in the same sealed bag with a warning that breaking the seal would render returns impossible. I understand that underwear is a hygiene product, and I would have been prepared to take a risk on a single pair, but since all were sealed in a single pack, I couldn't return any of them even though I'd only tried on one.

In spite of having ordered the most absorbent style, I had leaks over the sides of the gusset.

After first wash, the adhesive on the unstitched seams completely came apart. Admittedly I washed on warm rather than following the instructions to wash cold (I'd argue a design flaw: hygiene products really should be washed hot). But I own several other brands of period underwear, which I've worn and washed on my machine's hygiene plus cycle for years without issue.

I'm very disappointed in having spent such a lot of money on what is now a pile of rags.

I really don’t understand how two pairs ordered from the same advert, just different colours can arrive as different sizes ( but both labelled the same) and in two different materials, but here we are… 🤷‍♀️ she likes them both ( even though the larger pair leaked - not totally unexpected given the size discrepancy) I also didn’t notice that they come from China rather than the UK, and as the company like to say to people - it does say on the website (you just have to go digging for it, it’s not obvious at all. ( again, my fault for assuming the UK email and address meant they’d come from the UK)
Overall she likes them - the cotton pair are very comfortable. The larger pair are bamboo ( which I’d have thought she’d prefer, but apparently not!) which is why I don’t understand the difference - all I changed when I ordered both was the colour 😆

I bought for my daughter two pair of period pants and she wasn’t sure if she was going to like it as she had a few from another brand.
When she started wearing, she said she felt more comfortable compared to the brand she had previously.
She can’t get enough, love it and I bought a few more pairs and added some for me too!

WARNING: YOU CANNOT RETURN THIS PRODUCT!

I would give this company minus stars if that were possible. Their returns process is an absolute disgrace.

I was specifically asked to provide photographs showing that the product's seals were intact. I did exactly that, sending clear photographic evidence showing BOTH seals completely intact and unbroken.

Despite this undeniable evidence, the company then refused my return, claiming the product had been opened!

How can a product be considered opened when both security seals are clearly intact? It is completely absurd.

This feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid accepting returns, regardless of the evidence provided.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is appalling, their returns process is a complete farce, and their treatment of customers is unacceptable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Based on my experience, I consider this company a complete scam.

I didnt change the size on the online order form and ordered a size 5 sizes to small????. I am an old lady.!!! Despite this they are sending me another parcel with the correct size. Just have to pay postage. Good customer service

They do not work. I've been using period pants for several years now so I know what they're meant to do and to wash the pants before wearing, did that with these ones. Even waited for a lighter day to test but they do not work. Not sure they're even period pants, rather just pants with a thicker gusset given how poorly they performed. Avoid. Go for Wuka instead or even Modibodi (although their quality is dropping).

Service is fantastic! I made an error in the size and was dealt with in a superb and fast manner! I have not worn the underwear for a long time but they feel secure.

I honestly love this underwear, it's so much better than anything else I've tried! I wish the different pairs were sealed separately somehow so you could try a pair on for size/comfort without committing to your whole order in case they're not quite right but that's a small issue. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Following on my last review from early September 2026.

My order from the 16th of June have not be delivered; despite my efforts to ask Loeah to be held accountable they refusal to be helpful has been very disappointing.

They firstly asked too many time to be patient and wait for my parcel to come. After 2 months of wait, my patience ran out and I asked for a refund.
Loeah never took responsibility for the parcel and said it was "out of their hands" , they never offered to resend my order (value <£100).

I then had to apply for a chargeback with the bank. A chargeback gives a business 45 days to respond or act. If after 45 days they have not responded to the bank or found a solution with the customer, the bank refunds the purchase.
Even then Loeah chose to make me wait the full 45 days instead of refund straight away. That was a choice from them claiming they "couldn't do anything now the charge back had been applied".

This company doesn't not care about their customers and have terrible customer service.

I strongly recommend to buy from a different brand who will choose to do what it takes to keep you satisfied, especially with Period pants!! Not like I ordered chocolate.

My period had started again after a pregnancy with early signs of endometriosis, i just wanted comfy underwears. Now getting my refund 4 months later...

The underwear has completely changed my period experience. Customer service is fantastic and goes out their way to ensure you have a comfortable fit!

LOVELY SEAMFREE UNDERWEAR. Great for under white trousers if your on your period or have a leaky bladder.

Easy ordering and shipping process.

Placed my first order during the rebranding sales and tried the period underwears when they arrived but they didn't fit unfortunately. Read about the Fit Guarantee before purchasing so I messaged customer service team straightaway. Got a reply few days after where they offered me a replacement for the underwears that didn’t fit and advised I only need to cover the shipping cost. Overall, I'm very happy with their customer service and would recommend to give it a try if you are worried about not getting the right size the first time.
