The whole experience was so simple and very quick. I had a home blood draw and it was painless and very convenient. I was kept informed and any questions were replied to quickly and the support ( Sheila and Marie) very good throughout.
The results were received very quickly and they are a really good insight into my health. I have taken action in response to the results. Having a doctor review and write a report on the results was very helpful, and put those results into perspective. I intend to retest in the future to check on the changes I am making in response. I recommend them without hesitation.

Really helpful and skilled phlebotomists, come to your house at a time you’ve selected, you then get loads of information about your health back just 3ish days later- such a good experience and from someone who used to dislike needles!

Excellent price for such comprehensive blood test and super quick delivery as well booking the wonderful nurse to take the blood sample at home especially when needed to be fasting so first thing in morning was easily arranged - I will order again

Second time using Lola for my annual blood checks, really good service and would recommend, only feedback and reason for not 5 stars is preferred date and time to have blood drawn is always changed, both myself and my wife’s appointments were changed which is not ideal.

I've been feeling quite poorly since my bloods were taken, swollen eye, rash and aching joints. Do the nurses usually bring their own needles? Mine did. Hoping it wasn't dirty...

Cannot recommend enough! So simple! Phlebotomist process was great, results were swift, responses were insightful and great accompanying report!

Everything was great, the test arrived within a couple of days and the nurse came the following day, she was very friendly and great at taking blood as I didn’t feel a thing. Results back in 3 days with a doctors report in depth to give me more of an idea to ask what is causing my symptoms. Thank you so much.

I posted my blood samples on Tuesday afternoon and got results next day evening. The report is so clear, especially the recommendations from an online doctor. Will definitely use them regularly in future to monitor my health progress.

Very impressed with my first test from Lola Health, the test kit arrived with no hiccups, the blood draw appointment was rearranged with no stress and the phlebotomist even turned up and got the samples posted on time despite the snow we had. Excellent service- the support staff are great, the phlebotomist arranged was brilliant! Blood was taken on Monday and by Tuesday evening a written report from the doctor was in my mail. Cannot fault the service in anyway. Well done Lola Health. Looking forward to getting the check up done next year.

Mainly good, however...i was trying to find out how to add extra i fo about my HRT and say i had been fasted for the test but despite trying to email, use the contact form and text, i couldn't. I wanted the doctor to analyse the results with this info, so it was annoying that it didn't get a response, i felt a bit let down.Everyone was friendly, communication before the test was great, the phlebotomist was lovely

I had quite a long and complicated journey with Lola Health — at first, my order was mixed up twice, and the experience was honestly frustrating. However, what really changed my opinion was the way their support team handled everything afterwards.

Both Marie and Shela were exceptionally professional and dedicated. They communicated clearly, followed up regularly, and went above and beyond to make sure every issue was solved. It’s clear that customer satisfaction truly matters to this company.

Even though the process took longer than expected, I ended up very satisfied with the way they stood behind their service. Mistakes can happen, but what defines a company is how they deal with them — and in that sense, Lola absolutely earned my trust.

This is an excellent company and they are revolutionising the way services are delivered. I have a very prompt visit from phlebotomy team. The review of my blood test was incredibly comprehensive. the lovely doctor she went above and beyond to provide advice on every blood test. She described in detail what I needed from my GP, and you can't get this as usual service anywhere, it was priceless. the NHS needs to learn from this company!

The most unprofessional company to work for.

I started with Lola in July. I completed two shifts. Payment is due within 1 week provided the shift was completed correctly. Everything was completed with high attention to detail and accuracy, and the best customer service experience.

It’s been almost 2 full months and payment has not been issued for my shift. I’ve contacted them about it over 10 times now, everyone says they will chase it up but for some reason nobody bothers.

Staff have the worst communication. As a workplace where employees never meet, communication is fundamental to the success of the business. Systems sometimes fail and that’s understandable but what’s not acceptable is intentionally ignoring your team’s messages. You are there to support them in their role and the company would not run without your mobile phlebotomists. I would have to message the same person 3/4 times on different dates to eventually get a response. In fact, if I had a concern or question (usually about not being paid) I would have to contact multiple members of staff because none of them respond. This is very disheartening and frustrating especially for new staff.

Having read other negative reviews from ex-staff, I can see we all have a similar experience.

I’ve had to resign from this job due to my terrible experience with Lola. This is the most incompetent and unprofessional company and I do not recommend it to clients or prospective employees.

Update: the company has asked me to remove the review as it can be damaging to a small business but everything stated is factual and my honest experience. So it will not be taken down.

In response to what Lola have said: nobody reached out to me via email at all. I have full access to my emails (including junk mail) and not a single email was sent to me to discuss payment. If it was, we would not be in this situation and I would have left a glowing review if I had a great experience.

Excellent service. I had this done due to the long nhs wait time for a blood test.

Upon ordering, they facilitated an appointment for a phlebotomist to attend my address within 2 days. I received a call to confirm the appointment and they had also been tracking the delivery of my test to ensure it arrived on time.

The phlebotomist was lovely, efficient and on time. The process was really easy and comfortable in my own home. They also posted the test for me.

I had the most extensive test they offer completed and have had results within 4 days. During each step I’ve been kept updated and now have a full test reviewed by a doctor.

I’m so pleased with this service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Excellent quality

Testing kit arrived quickly, a couple of queries I had were dealt with promptly. Nurse who did my blood draw turned up on time and was very friendly and most of all put a nervous patient at ease! Doctor's report very informative and well written. Overall would highly recommend.

I planned to use Lola to monitor diet and exercise, However my first test also picked up high platelets and globulin. As they were just above normal range, The Lola GP mentioned them in their analysis and said that this is a sign of inflammation and that the trend should be monitored.
A couple of weeks later I started to develop some back pain that wasn't related to exercise and then some lower chest pain as well. I had a telephone conversation with my local GP and they at first thought it was most likely muscular in nature. They did suggest a visit to A&E if I felt chest pain as a worry but only a precaution , then I remembered about the above normal results. Suddenly they were much more insistent about the A&E visit. A&E cleared me of the normal acute illnesses but they did a CT Scan which picked up a mass. Two months later after more tests, biopsy etc, I'm on Chemo for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.
So while I think this would have been picked up eventually, I believe the Lola blood test helped short cut the process as I wasn't minded to go to A&E until the GP's change of heart.

Excellent service. Slight hiccup to theform for the nurse/phlebotomist not actually been printed. Also, because of this I didn't realize the package I chose didn't include the thyroid blood tests!! So a little annoyed to say the least after paying so much.
The nurse was brilliant, polite,friendly and professional!
