Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

OH WOW !!
This is the second time that I've ordered a birthday cake from Lola's and I can honestly say that I wont be buying cakes from anywhere else.
From the super easy ordering on the website to the very lovely guy at the Lola's stand at Liverpool Street Station to the actual eating of one of the best cakes that we have eaten in a long, long time ... that's why I give Lola's a well deserved 5 *****

22nd Jan rude service
Never had an issue with purchasing from you before. However the person at your Liverpool St station rang me while I was on my way to collect my cake to ask if I was coming two hours before the allotted time I was given because you’d sold out. I assume she was happy to sell a cake I had already paid for and that was personalised. I said I was coming she was quite rude and cut me off when I was speaking. I got to the station, the shutters were down and I was met with the most miserable person in the smallest gap to pick up my cake. Not the experience I expected.

Resposta da Lola's - Lola's LiverPool St
Hi,
I'm so sorry to hear about this.
This does not sound at all like our usual service so I am very sorry you experienced this. I will be passing this on to the store manager so this can be looked into internally and ensure this doesn't happen in future.
I will be in touch shortly to discuss this a little further with you.
I hope to hear from you soon,
Nice birthday cake

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
I'm so sorry to hear about this.
This does not sound like our usual standard in any way so I will be in touch shortly to discuss this a little further with you.
However, I would like to assure you, all of our cakes are baked fresh for the date of delivery/collection as this is a company policy of ours.
I hope to hear from you soon,
