Service and delivery

Made a big order. They fulfilled it. Everything was perfect.

The Sales Assistant was brilliant with questions

I ordered the Victoria Sponge Cake at Lola's in Victoria on Wednesday 8 April 2026 and collected the said Cake on Friday 10 April 2026 from Lola's in Victoria, for my Son's birthday on 11 April 2026. I was shocked, the most horrible and disgusting Cake!!!! The top of the Cake and Inside the Cake had all these rotten berries!!!! It was so expensive; I paid £50 for the medium birthday Victoria Sponge Cake. The said Cake was not very nice at all!!!! A Supermarket bought Cake would have been better. I threw the Cake straight in the bin! I AM VERY UPSET AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN BUY FROM LOLA'S!!!! RUBBISH!!!!

Amazing cake! We had so many compliments, they loved the icing!

I bough chocolate kunafa pistachio cake as a returning customer.
Quality is excellent
Will buy it again

The cake tasted great, the collection was easy and quick. However I ordered a medium and looked like a small..

The cake was fab, but it would have been helpful to know that you don’t provide carrier bags big enough for the bigger cake boxes. I had a really stressful time trying to find a bag to carry the cake with. Even just a string would be helpful to use to create a loop to carry the cake box from. If I knew this in advance I would’ve brought a bag!

Ordered online, very easy and quick
Wasnt sure if the size of the cake but website was very helpful.
Went to pick it up and was quick and efficient. Staff were polite.
Cake was beautiful, well made and bjgger than I thought.

The vegan brownie cake was delicious - you would never know it’s vegan!

The birthday cake was fresh and amazing. Loved it.

The cake i pick up red velvet was for 10 people according to your website site it also look a lot bigger on your website than in reality was most disappointed when I pick the cake up did not serve 10 fully grown adults portions where very small guests disappointed also staff at Victoria not helpful

Great helpline! I ordered a cake collection for the wrong date and Lola’s staff sorted it in seconds!

The cake pickup was really easy and convenient, with the staff really friendly and helpful.

Turned up at 7pm at Victoria place to pick up our cake. They were closed and it was so shocking as on my email and when you check online they are ment to be open until 8pm . I was working near by that why I only could pick up the cake at that time. Luckily a security help us to retrieve the cake . They cake was nice but it has a very strong taste of sponge mix which i never tasted before as I have ordered this cake before. In future the staff need to stick to the time before closing the store an hour early.
